by Chad Irwin on 05/18/2025On April 29th, Rick Lanier sent me a thorough video of the vehicle I was interested in, calling out all the features I was interested and even calling out a few minor imperfections to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. His… professionalism, use of technology, and communication were what sold me on purchasing the vehicle. Through effective communication of what he needed from us, we were able to close on the loan the very next day, April 30th From there, the experience became increasingly frustrating, taking another 13 days before we received the vehicle. While electronic signature was sufficient for the delivery of the vehicle, we needed to overnight wet signatures back and forth after a miscalculation of $200, which we would’ve easily paid had there been any communication on the issue. Two consecutive Fridays went by where we were told we needed to mail additional documentation to receive the vehicle. When I attempted to overnight at FedEx, I was told Impex declined Saturday delivery so the paperwork would not arrive until Monday, delaying delivery even further. While there may not be a way around the wet signature with the DMV, Saturday FedEx delivery is one recommendation that would help future customers, along with a clear roadmap of what the customer needs to provide to the finance team to receive the vehicle. Rick did an incredible job in earning a new customer, but his team let him down as soon as that sale was made. The vehicle was impeccable when it arrived- Due to my satisfaction with the vehicle and Rick’s communication, I’m rating the experience 5/5, but I do feel there is solid room for improvement. My feeling is that it should not take two weeks to receive a vehicle when purchasing online.Five-Star Experience with Impex Auto Sales

They were responsive, informative, and genuinely committed to ensuring I was comfortable and confident at every step. The vehicle itself arrived exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. I traveled to Greensboro from Charlotte and I'm so glad I did. We were greeted before we could make… it inside and paired up with Geoffrey, our sales person. He got some information let us look through some options that matched our wants and let us test drive a couple just like that. It's a very hands off experience as far as the salesman is concerned. At no point did I feel pressured, lied to, misled, or insulted. I couldn't have asked for a better or smoother experience. I will be recommending them first to anybody I know who needs a vehicle.Seameless

Even if you’re working on building your credit they’ll find a lender to finance you. Got the approval and met there, filled out the… paperwork and was done within 2 hours.AMAZING

We live 1500 miles a way so seeing it in person was not really in question. I was… nervous to purchase a car in this fashion but Jose Jimenez went above and beyond to show us the car with videos, photos and FaceTime. During the purchase, they did everything they said they were going to do and in a very timely manner. Papers were overnighted and they made it as clear and easy as possible for what needed to be signed and where. The car arrived to us through their shipping company right when they predicted it would. Most importantly, the car is in great shape and just as they advertised it!Excellent service

No waiting, our salesman had already been assigned & upon arrival it took less than a minute for him to find us. He, Ben was super friendly &… knowledgeable. The car of interest was up front & center for us to view & we were allowed to drive. The car itself was spotless. It didn’t take long to agree on each of our terms.
