Poor experience.
by Lane Hughey on 08/18/2024We expected a dealership of this caliber to be aware of and participate in current Used Clean vehicle tax credits that may be used at the point of sale in 2024, but they did not. We asked about this multiple times during the process and had… the intention of using this national benefit program, and while they indicated they did this for new cars, they were unwilling to participate in this for used cars. The finance department appeared to not have an understanding of the tax credit system at all. We had our own financing, but were given grief about taking delivery with an approval letter from our bank, even after signing their Spot Delivery contract that indicates we have 8 days to complete financing. The manager reached out after the fact since we were highly dissatisfied with our experience. He offered to help, but then stopped responding after his initial help, and was of no help except to pander after the fact. Overall we were very disappointed with the lack of customer service, the very long wait, and the poor follow up.Lane, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Ford Focus with Oil leaking issues
by Safayet on 05/24/2024All went well but there is an issue which I am addressing later, I would like to talk about service first, Elder was a fantastic guy, service experience was really great! I have bought that vehicle 3 days ago, but I have noticed from the… first day when I park my car for a while I found the engine oil is leaking (Mobil) and the floor on the parking is wet every single time. Couldn’t ask for better

He was excellent and easy to work with no hassle no cutting corners and it was FAST ! He worked with my credit ( not the best ) and… delivered on the vehicle. . But it doesn’t stop there I had questions about the vehicle a week after purchase and his co worker Curtis was amazing also ! They were both Extremely helpful and HONEST ! Seriously can’t even describe how awesome this experience was with Jeff and Curtis ! ( the sales manager Shawn was pleasant also ) !!! Easiest dealer to work with to get an in demand car.

I reached out to 5 dealers in the Charlotte area and Town and Country Toyota was the easiest to deal with and the most reasonable to reserve the next… available car matching my preferences that they were allocated. Other dealers would not want to hold one for me or wanted a really high deposit. My car was found and delivered more quickly than I expected.
