The no-haggle policy and very reasonable prices were the reasons I picked Hi-Line. I also liked the fact that they have detailed Carfax… history of the cars on their website. We took a BMW for a test drive on Friday and returned Sat. morning and… purchased the car. Great prices and wonderful customer service. by Debbie_B on 06/22/2017Salesman very friendly while talking to him on the phone and during the buying of the car. Stated SUV had a dvd player for the baby to watch. Did not check out the dvd player because thought everything was checked out. My mistake for not… checking it out because it does not work. Was told Suv was meticulously kept. Called salesman was not friendly like he was when the car was bought. I understand the car was as is but thought it would have been checked. If he had not stated it has a dvd player for the baby to watch I would have checked it out. They do not stand behind their cars after only having it 3 weeks. Very disappointed. Please if you buy a car make sure everything works!Excellent Service!!!

Walked me through the options the car was equipped with and answered any questions I had. My wife did does not gave a license and we did not… trade so we needed to have the car delivered. Eric was so nice to take the time to deliver the car to our house. Finance was an awesome experience as well. Hi line's inventory is best in class and you can not find a better value for the money! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful ecperience. Will definatly purchase here in the future!Sales and Staff

This Dealership has a "good vibe" from the 1st contact all the way thru the Delivery… Process. Not only did they crush the competition, their positive attitudes made this a very fun experience. No Negotiation, no games, and a better price on a better equipped, loaded 8k miles, one year old C-300. I shopped for two weeks and should have called Hi Line Garage on day 1. I live in Atlanta and even after my airfare, I was still saving big bucks. The ride back to Atlanta was awesome! Thank you Hi Line Garage!😊

I Love the fact of them not doing like other dealerships and try to persuade you to look at anything… different than what you came for. by Mcollins on 03/14/2017I had a deal cut on an A-6 with a solid salesman named Jimmy, put up a $1500 deposit, had the paperwork sent to me, and out of the blue these guys sold the car out from under me. In the meantime, the two other cars I was negotiating on… were sold at two other dealerships. I was looking for a unique color so my options were limited. At the end of the day, it's just a car, but alot of wasted time for all parties..... I will never do business here again.Awesome and professional!
by cam1958 on 02/24/2017Darren Robinson went well over expectations! I walked into HiLine and asked for a specific Jeep I had seen advertised. I drove it, bought it and drove away. While driving Darren back to Hiline (he helped transport my old car home), I asked… about the 4 wheel drive function. The look on Darrne's face... This particular jeep did not have 4 wheel drive! What??? I had to have a 4x4. Darren spoke with the manager and they allowed me to "return" the Jeep and purchase another vehicle. All the prior documents were shredded and a purchase completed. I love my new vehicle! Much more comfortable than the Jeep. What could have been a major disaster for me was made into an even better purchase than I had walked in expecting to make. A week later I stopped by and Darren was more than happy to explain some of the vehicle's features I had questions about. What a pleasure to work with Darren and his team at HiLine Garage. I highly recommend this place and will go back when I need another vehicle.Very professional!

This was my second auto purchase with Nick and HiLine Garage… in six months. It just seems to get easier each purchase. I found him to be professional,knowledgeable,helpful, informative, funny and sincere throughout the entire experience. He took the time to go through all of the details and answered all of my concerns for the purchase. Everything about the experience could not have been better. HiLine is a top notch independent luxury dealership.The owner Ali Talebi, always treats me like family and insures that all of my issues are resolved promptly. All you need is good credit, some cheese and Marc Rector as your sales… guy. With those things in place you'll be well on your way to driving a sweet ride on the low. Good luck and buy from this guy.
