    I went to Scott Clark Nissan in South Charlotte for service last week. I was instantly greeted by Michael Chavis who listened to my concerns, took action, and he even told me about a recall for my vehicle. Excellent service overall.

    I was just about to go to the store the other morning and as I put the key in the ignition and tried to start my vehicle, I realized my starter went out. It was my baby, an old 2000 Toyota Echo with 261,000 miles on it. It was on its last limb and I knew it was about time to get a dependable car... When I first realized it wouldn't start, I was in a panic... Thankfully I got ahold of Luis Cruz and he helped me find the car for me. He worked so hard to get me the new car I have today and I could not thank him enough. He got all the paperwork ready for me, all I had to do was come in and sign the papers. I would also like to thank Jonathan Ramos, the finance manager, for all his help in ensuring I was going through the best bank with the lowest interest rate. Can't thank them enough, I now have a 2016 Nissan Sentra and I'm in love with it. The service was spectacular and the car is amazing.

    My husband and I drove for an hour to get to your dealership to "look" at cars. We had no plans to purchase a car yet. We were greeted by your salesperson Nykktta Lane. Her smile and friendly personality won us over immediately. By the end of the day we wanted to take her home with us! She was VERY knowledgeable about the Nissan Altimias we were looking at and rode with us in three different cars. On each trip she was patient and answered all of our questions. We left your dealership with a new 2016 Nissan and a new friend. Nykktta is a asset to your company!!

    This is my second time purchasing a used vehicle from Jimmy Huggins and I am very appreciate if how fast and easy it was. I couldn't ask for a better experience, between sales and financing the vehicle. Very easy to go though and make sure everything is right and to get in the vehicle and go. And within two days had an issue and was taken care of ASAP. I couldn't ask for a better dealership, salesman, and service department. Michael Redwine made sure to take care of an issue I had with a vehicle I had just gotten in a very timely manner and made sure I was taken care of during the process of getting parts and getting the issue fixed. Quick turn around and very easy to understand the issue once they checked the vehicle out and started getting parts and got them out on all within 15 hrs. Very happy with the vehicle and even happier about how well I was taken care of by everyone at Scott Clark Nissan.

    I went to just look at the Maxima, and ended up really liking and buying the 2015 Altima Special Edition in Saharan Stone. My salesman Deion knows his stuff and does his best to match the car with the right person and especially budget. I got a great deal on a car under $30,000 with lots of amenities, space, and really good MPG's. When I first brought the car I did notice a scratch on the drivers side. They arranged for me to come back in, drop off the car and gave me a rental for a day or 2 so they can touch it up. They look after you. So yes , I would gladly go back again .

    I got off work early to drive my mother 76 miles one way to this place; this was the worst experience ever attempting to make a used car purchased. I requested an OOD price on a vehicle listed above KBB value via email, due to location and availability. After several conversations emailed back and forth between 3 online sales reps. I received a price that was doubled the KBB value from Kristofer at Performance Ford. In addition, he attempted to get me to consider another car probably worth 2-3 times more. I advised Kristofer that I wasn’t going to pay double KBB value OOD for a car with 85k miles and wasn’t interested in the car he wanted me to purchase either. I received an email from Glen, Internet Director notifying me to come to dealer because he wants to earn my business, but it has to make sense. Kristopher’s offer sure didn’t make sense to me. We went to the dealership where the car was located, which was Scott Clark Nissan. Brandon introduced himself as my mother and I proceeded to the inventory. We located the car, Brandon went to get the keys and took us on a 3-5 mile test drive. My mother was driving the car and wasn’t able to ““test drive;” “due to the max 45 mph speed limit; we didn’t go on the interstate. I would think a sales rep of 4 years; the little time we spent in the car he could have been telling us information or features regarding the vehicle, instead of humming tunes from the radio. Once we got back to the dealership, we began inspecting the car. Multiple scratches were found; looked like painted over rust spots on door frames; the spoiler wasn’t the same color as the car. I asked Brandon, “How much is the OOD price on the car?” He responded, “Our prices are on the internet!” Brandon took us to his desk. He provided us with an OOD price that was over the KBB value. Brandon researched car on KBB, registered car as good condition. We really did not know what condition the vehicle was in, because of the limited test drive. After going back and forth about the price in an intellectually challenging manner, we got nowhere. After being dismissed with handshakes, we weren’t provided with any contact information for future purposes. A sales manager contacted my mother about 10 minutes after leaving asking; if she liked the car; how much she was really willing to spend on the car; telling her he’ll try to find us another vehicle within the price range. NO, THANK YOU! Kristopher’s and Brandon’s OOD had a $6,000 difference, with OOD still priced over market value. Sounds kind of like a rip-off somewhere along the lines to us. If that car or the same model can’t be purchased between KBB value and her budget. She’ll just proceed to her other cash options, with one of the sales representatives that she and myself has previously purchased vehicles from in the past. After having this experience with Scott Clark Nissan and Performance Ford, we feel like your employees need to work on their integrity and making consumers feel more comfortable. We wish we would have known what the actual OOD price on this car like I requested from the different online sales agents before we continued to the lot. It would have really saved us a lot of time, gas, and money. I wish my review could’ve been more positive!

    I am so glad I purchased my 2015 Murano from Scott Clark Nissan. They treat their customers very well and provide top notch service. Michael Chavis helped me choose my new Murano and was terrific to work with. Also, Alfredo in the service department is outstanding. I plan to bring my car to this dealer for all servicing.

We were unsure of our situation & what was best for our family...Marty & Jimmy went out of their way to help us relax, eliminate our fears AND set us up in a fabulous new Pathfinder for our family!     Marty Abernathy( GENERAL MANAGER) and Michael(salesman) were the best ever. We wanted a certain color of Nissan Frontier and they found one at another dealership and brought it to us. We could not be happier. They went above and beyond. EVERYONE needs to go to Scott Clark Nissan.

    I purchased a brand new V6 altima the first week of may. I originally intended on going in and just teat driving as I had a few other options I wanted to try out as well. At the time, I was interested in buying new, but was convinced otherwise. The salesman, Michael Chavis, mentioned that they had a great deal at the time on new cars and after digging into the numbers I realized I could get a new car for less than if I purchased a used car that was $7000 cheaper. On top of that, he set me up with an insurance agent that saved me roughly 35% on my car insurance as well. I am a first time car buyer, but have a lot of knowledge and because of that, I was able to get a GREAT deal on the car. The team is willing to negotiate prices as long as your are smart about how to approach it. I walked out with way more car than I needed for way less than I could have paid! Great team and great experience!

    If you want to buy or lease a car and want a great experience ask for Brandon Hunt. Last year we bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue SV. Love the car and love the lifetime warranty so we decided to go back to Nissan when we needed to replace my husband's vehicle. I texted Brandon and let him know that we were interested in leasing an Altima. Three days later we drove away with our beautiful car! He went above and beyond to make it work for us. Including coming in on his day off to finalize the deal!! We'll be back to see him in three years to buy the car when the lease is up.

    I went to a lot off dealerships in CLT (including other Scott calrk locations) and would definitely say that the experience at Scott Clark Nissan was much better - and that is primarily due to the customer centricity these guys have. Everywhere I went, the sales guys were either not very clear on what they are charging me for or were outright lying about things like price / warranty / etc.(my experience at Scott Clark Toyota was probably the worst) I only worked with Luis at Scott Clark Nissan and my review is essentially based on that interaction - Luis was upright about the charges, what it includes and what it doesn't which I really liked as there was a transparency.. The only thing is that the price can be a little high and somehow it gets even higher if you choose to buy a car from them which is standing at another Scott Clark lot which I feel is a big flaw.. Would definitely recommend you to contact Luis for your next car..

    We were window shopping the day we visited Scott Clark Nissan, and wasn't expecting more than that. We drove away the owners of a 2014 Nissan Maxima. We love it. The entire experience was painless and smooth... Deon Brace was our salesman, and we appreciated the fact that he didn't walk away from us when we told him we weren't really in the market for anything at the moment. We fell in love with the Maxima after the test drive, and Deon and the Sales Manager (forgot his name) worked with us until the deal was done. At no time did we ever feel pressured to get the car. We will definitely give Scott Clark Nissan a look first when we are in the market again. And I have already told friends and co-workers to go see Deon when they start looking!

    This was my first experience in buying a car on my own. It was hands down the best experience. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone who helped me went above and beyond meeting my expectations and explained everything so thoroughly. I wanted to buy a new car, but did not anticipate doing so on that same day. Because of how helpful they were is what persuaded me to do so, especially because they were willing to work with me on pricing and credit. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan. Even if you're not looking for a Nissan I guarantee this dealership will change your mind!

    I Miles Bynum, and wife Cherry would like to take a few minutes to thank sales rep Eric Perryman for getting us the vehicle my wife and I are proud of. even after the purchase, if we needed him for questions, he was available to answers questions. You as a company should retain Mr. Perryman for he is good at satisfying customers. I will definitely refer any friends or family members for his services.

    We are a Nissan family and the internet took us to visit Scott Clark Nissan, after we had checked various dealers in the South Boulevard Area. Guess what we found two wonderful persons that took great care of us, Mr. Nathan and Richard Ash. Everything fell into place right away, there was the car that my wife was dreaming of, it was an altima red cayenne with black interior." She exclaimed" Thats the one, i love. After this love at first sight, we travel through the world of finance, lifetime warranty and others warranties, including future services and total care of our new baby. Wow, we recommend very highly this wonderful place where you have an encounter with a wonderful automobile and then take it home and it becomes part of your family. Our chritsmas time started with a brilliant and happy note at Scott Clark Nissan, and thanks to Mr Nathan and Richard Ash we are going to have a pleasant and extraordinary Chritsmas.
