We were contacted by Justin Bennett from Hendrick Mercedez-Benz Northlake to schedule an appt.… Justin was quite pleasant, easy to talk to, and so down to earth. Took the time to explain everything and was patient with me. Also answered all my concerns and communicated in a timely manner. It was quite a pleasant experience. I am very happy with the car I purchased. And quite satisfied with the fair price. It was refreshing to know this young man. I pulled into the service drive and explained my issue to them I believe it was a advisor named rick who asked a technician named Carr to help me. He was able to… quickly free my stuck seat did something to fix it and got things moving again and had me on my way very soon.
