He answered all my questions and kept me up to speed on the service while I waited in the… customer lounge. Maintenance Sprinter VAN drive-in Oil removal

Timing, extra needs, supporting the customer with answers to any… questions etc are given by him and making me feel in good hands. The Van came back within the proposed time slot and all work was don correctly and Clifford explained and gave a clear understanding from all task done. There's complete transparency with both the service (floor to ceiling glass on the service floor) and fees! They have a resort style waiting room with complimentary… refresments and a car wash! We were do for our annual B Service additionally my wife had a curbed rim and I had accidentally dented a door with my golf… bag. He had an AMG loaner vehicle available, service, wheel repair and dent repair was all completed same day and the vehicle was throughly cleaned when we picked up! AMAZING Car Buying Experience at Hendrick Mercedes
by KaraDail on 01/18/2025Recently purchased a 2024 Mercedes GLS 450 from Hendrick Mercedes in Charlotte, NC. Our sales expert (Nabs) was absolutely amazing - I highly recommend asking for him! He was super thorough, super responsive (even answering emails after… hours) and never made me feel rushed. He had everything ready to go the day of purchase - so we weren't stuck at the dealership for hours - and even sat with me in the car for 30 minutes after purchase to make sure I was comfortable with all of the buttons/bells/whistles before I took off.
