    Yuriy was my salesmen this week and my experience was highly satisfying!! I inquired online Monday late night and received notification from him next morning. I went to the dealership that afternoon and Yuriy went with me on the test drive.… He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered my many questions. I declared that day that I would be purchasing the Lexus, discussed the price and completed what I needed to do and completed purchase Thursday 5/16. Yuriy was very helpful with the cars technology and orientation of my new purchase. I read the reviews of the dealership before ever contacting them and was impressed with all the positive comments. Even though I was not purchasing a Bentley or Aston Martin, I was treated with the same respect and courtesy. The truly adhere to their companies mission statement to treat all customers the same!!! I would purchase another vehicle from them again due to my wonderful experience with Yuriy and Foreign Cars Charlotte 😁🚘 Great job πŸ™πŸ‘. Thank you Yuriy Sincerely, Sharon D.

    My experience with the used car salesman, Sal Calabria, was disheartening. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat and after I signed the paperwork, they handed over a folder with only one key. He failed to mention the other was… missing. When I questioned him, he said "Oh, we only had one key when we got the car, but if the key turns up, I will mail it to you." He hurried me out of the door and into the car and as I drove away, I realized the mileage on the paperwork and the actual mileage were completely different... by over 1000 miles. I turned around and went back. He told me the mileage didn't really matter, but I insisted the paperwork be corrected. Then I told him I was really unhappy about him not telling me that there was only one key and that I expected him to either give me a key or give me the money to have a key made. He talked to his manager (supposedly) and said he was authorized to reimburse me for a key after I had it made. I lived 2 hours away, so I accepted that and went to a local dealership. I had another key made 2 days after I purchased the car and emailed him the receipt. He responded to let me know he had turned the receipt in and I would have a check in 6-8 weeks. I emailed him after 8 weeks to let him know I had not yet received the check. He told me he would check on it. I called 2 weeks later to let him know I still did not have the check. He assured me it would be in the mail. It has now been 6 months since I purchased the car. I also found out that none of the buttons on the steering wheel worked. The car was still under warranty, so it was fixed for free, but he was dishonest about that too, which is unbelievable to me since it was still under warranty. I will never recommend this dealership's used car department. I am in real estate and I provide the highest level of customer service and I expect the same from the companies and people with whom I do business. I was highly disappointed in this experience and I hope this dealership decides to provide better training to their employees/ independent contractors on how to provide excellent customer service, because it is definitely lacking.

    I found the Cadillac I purchased from them online and was a little hesitant about going to the dealership considering the vehicles sold there were not quite in my price range, frankly I was feeling a little intimidated; I went anyway and I… had the best experience. The pre-owned sales manager Bill Taylor was great to us and worked out a good deal for my trade in, once home (2 hours away) I had a problem with the car that we didn't notice on the test drive, I called Bill and he had the car fixed in my area so I didn't have to drive the 4 hour round trip and be inconvenienced. I've purchased many of vehicles in the past and the level of service Bill Taylor gave was by far the best I've come across. If you're looking for a great pre-owned vehicle at a good price see Bill at Foreign Cars Charlotte, if I have the opportunity to purchase from this dealer again I wouldn't hesitate.

    I have purchased previous vehicles with this dealership...I showed interest online for a particular car. The GM Bob returned correspondence via email. I then advised I had a 2018 RR trade that was just purchased with only 1900 miles that I… wanted to trade. I then received text saying there was negative equity in the trade. I realized that and advised for #s. To date I have yet to receive a β€œgo to hell”, nothing, no reply. Well guess what, I planned to put 15k down to compensate for negative equity. THIS DEALERSHIP LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER! Never ASSUME ANYTHING IN SALES!

    I traveled from another state to purchase from Foreign Cars of Charlotte. My experience was indeed was one of the best by far. My salesperson Kostas was very helpful and knowledgeable. The finance manager Mr. Pinto was also great to work… with. Top notch customer service and great place to consider if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

    We were pleased by the service of their staff especially the sales agent Ray Smith was very courteous and patient in getting the deal closed. It was a smooth sail in the negotiation and deal closing process. Huge collections of cars. Quite… impressed and would always come back for another car in the future.

    I work ungodly hours, and usually cant make it to dealerships. Reached out to Van at Foreign Cars, he did alot of the work before I got the lot. Picked out several cars for my late arrival to look at. Ended up picking a 2017 Maserati Ghibli… Nerissimo. The whole process was quick, and perfect. I ended up getting to the lot right around 6 pm, was ready for immediate test drives, and paper work was mostly done by the time we got ready. Managers were great and understanding willing to deal with my work schedule. I absolutely love this dealership and will do business with them again. Already recommended to several people at my office.

    My son initially told me about Maserati's, despite never having touched one let alone sat in one. So we decided to checkout your dealership. We were able to connect with Chris Blount, one of your Sales Consultants. I must say that was… one of the most informative car experiences I have ever been involved in. I even learned something. We appreciated Chris's vehicle knowledge and expertise in handling my son's questions. Chris also took the time to take, my son for a test drive even though we weren't buying today. That in itself made his month!! Furthermore, we were very impressed with the dealership personnel and thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking with Chris. His personality and professional manner quickly set us at ease and would make it easy to work with Chris Blount and the Charlotte dealership for a vehicle purchase in the future.     I can't speak more highly of Cyrus and ALL the people at Foreign Cars Italia Charlotte. The level of service and care goes beyond what they are required or asked to do. From buying to service to management the passion for the business and… the product is so refreshing to experience. No job or question is too small or too large. Then when you start to meet more people within the dealership it is consistent. I could not purchase a car from anyone else now. True passion and care for their jobs and that is so exciting to see as a car lover.
