It does include appearance protection for $699; I did not haggle with this as I find it worth it after having to replace a seat in my previous car for roughly the same amount. My sales rep, Patrick, was very knowledgeable, and informative, and upfront… with the sales process and made it very easy. I do feel that Patrick and the team really help my family and I to get approved and the best deal with the bank. I will definitely return in the future.NO SERVICE
