Excellent Sales experience

On a Sunday, I was searching suburbans on line and requested info > Monday morning almost as soon as they opened, a salesman named Eddie texted me. He stated that they got my inquary and was going to get the keys and take a video for me. He went above and beyond! he made the experience amazing and I am glad we went there.

    Jorge was excellent to work with! He is knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and easily helped us compare different models and their features. He is genuine, cared about our specific needs, and gave us honest information to help us with our decision making. He valued our time, and got to our price point right away. Everyone we met at the dealership was very friendly and the showroom appearance is top notch. High tech methods of signing paperwork was impressive and efficient. We will definitely revisit this dealership for our next buy!

    It was the best buying experience I EVER had, and I've bought a lot of cars. Eric Little and Milo's were very thorough and helpful, and the Finance Manager got me in and out. It was so good, I bought a second car.

  • Diagnostic and Repair Did NOT Work

    Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and ask to look into engine light that would turn on and off. Worked with Service Manager Josh who was professional and friendly. Josh advised that through their diagnostic test that they identified the issue. I agreed to the repair when I was told they were 99% certain this would solve the issue and without the fix the car would not pass future safety inspections. Repair was completed and we paid $900. Three days after the repair, the light came back on. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact Josh and he now has not been responsive. With threat of our vehicle not passing the safety inspection which is due over the next few months, we need to get th vehicle fixed. Needless to say, we are not happy with Hendrick Chevrolet. This is not the first issue we’ve had with this location however we prepaid for maintenance with them and now are stuck. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles with other dealerships since purchasing this vehicle with Hendrick Chevrolet.

    Being new to North Carolina I was not sure who to choose for a new dealership so I spent a lot of time searching. I am very glad that I was able to find Hendrick Chevrolet as my new primary dealership. They went above and beyond any requests that I had and spent an extra amount of time making sure that I was 100% fully satisfied. I cannot be happier with my purchase and finding a new home dealership.

    The service and the attention is great. The downside is the wait. Waited almost three hours for a routine oil change service because the days was overbooked. It would be greatly appreciated if the timing could be cut down to at least an hour and a half. Overall, no complaints on the service.

  • Would give 0 stars if I could

    Dealership is a ripoff for service and did not even do their job properly. Had a problem with my car, they said it was a part that needed to be replaced, I paid way too much for it and then 20 miles into driving it again the same error came up. They paid for the tow back to the dealership where they first said they improperly installed the part then said it was a different part broken. They tried to rip me off on this part, but I declined service. During this whole time communication was a huge problem. The only positive part of this experience is it made me avoid buying a Chevy at all costs when purchasing my new car this week.

    Where do I begin? From start to finish, the customer service I received was amazing. From the moment I walked in Johnathan gave me a warm welcome and began to ask the right questions to find out what I needed. I had no idea what I was looking for so he helped me with options. Once I made a decision, we went on a test drive. While driving, he continued to ask questions making sure this would be a good fit, he was very knowledgeable about the car and able to answer all the questions I had as well. I fell in love with the car so we moved on to numbers. Raheem was friendly, efficient and quick. The entire team was a joy to work with. A deciding factor when considering the purchase. Overall, I’m in love with my new car and it wouldn’t have been possible without the team at Hendrick. Thanks again.

    Excellent buying experience!! We visited this dealer about 30 minutes before they closed. We were not rushed and our Sales Consultant Nick, made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle we selected. One of the Sale Managers, Bob Stephenson, has followed up with us several times after our purchase just to see if we had any questions about our new vehicle. We even had a pleasant discussion in the finance office signing documents. Great customer service for me equals repeat buyer.
