    Dylan Gibson was very patient and willing to give us all of our options. He helped us find the right vehicle for our family and made sure I got the car that I loved. Tom and Sam helped with the financing so we could stay in budget and get the payment where we wanted to be. Great Team.

    From Start to Finish my sales experience with Shawn Thurber was fantastic. It was the best experience I have had in leasing, buying a car. Great experience with all of the employees at Goldstein Chrysler from the initial call with Internet sales manager, review of models and final financing with Sam! I would highly recommend this dealership in buying/leasing your next vehicle.

    I was very satisfied with the service provided to me at Goldstein. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the Jeep Renegade I purchased considering it is a new model. The only thing not happy with is the vehicle didn't come with floor mats and once I questioned it they still did throw them in. I find it hard to believe comes with no mats for what I paid

    I'm over 60 years old and I've purchased over 30 new cars, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I started my new vehicle search on the internet with Rachael. She responded to all my questions very quickly. The rest of the sales staff, Kieran and Rick were very helpful and friendly. The finance people Pete and Sam were very knowledgeable and professional, and Brandon was fantastic. He explained all the features of the Durango and paired our phones and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and helpful.

    It took me over a year working with Shawn because I changed my mind over and over to get the Jeep Product I wanted. The Renegade!! After doing all the research, I knew which one I exactly wanted and Shawn and Goldstein did everything they had to do to get me my Prized Renegade. Thank you Shawn and the rest of the gang. I'll be buying my Jeeps from Goldstein for now on. And a Big Thanks to Shawn for being so patient with me throughout the whole process.

    I can honestly say, I have never enjoyed the car buying experience until now. Goldstein Chrysler Jeep was so courteous and professional thoughout the entire process, my wife and I were very pleased. From the search, to the test drive, through the negotiation and the actual sale, everyone we dealt with at Goldstein Jeep was second to none. Truly an atmosphere of respect, patience, and customer service. And free car washes?! Sweet. We will definitely keep coming back!!! Thank you to Al, Chuck, Ray, and Mike. You are simply the best.

    Jeep - consulted Consumerreports.org car buying guide and it recommended Goldstein for its transparency in pricing, which seems true. They were very fair, and I also have a lifetime powertrain warranty, which is a big plus. I love my jeep and have had great luck with their parts and service, too. Very much recommended. On the bad side, the dealer was reluctant to quote online, but they matched what consumerreports said should be the bottom dollar price, which is fantastic.

    I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Crossfire from Goldstein Chrysler as a new car, however the general paint condition of the car indicated that it had been washed with dirty water and/or dirty sponges, etc. and the surface was composed of large areas of swirl marks. As was demonstrated to the dealer with photos, the car had embedded dirt in many areas, including door jambs, around hinges, under the spoiler, under the hood, as well as large quantities of tree leaves and seed pods under the hood and in the cowl area indicating it had been stored outside, and not stored indoors as indicated by the salesman. The car was purchased sight unseen by me, and shipped by sealed van; the bill of lading signed by a oldstein\'s employee confirmed that there were 21 distinct paint defects, including 1 paint chip, 16 scratches, 2 stained areas, 1 area of rubbed paint, and 1 dent. I had been promised by the sales department that the oil would be changed prior to shipment since the car had been in storage for more than a year, however when I received the car, the Flexible Service Indicator indicated that it was more than 170 days past its recommended service. When I contacted the dealer, service manager Ed Serian, I was told to send in an estimate for repairs, which I did, for the amount of $350. He then asked for an invoice to prove that I had paid for the work, which I sent him. After the invoice was received, Ed Serian sent me a letter telling me that the car was an \"aged unit\", which created the damaged condition of the car, and that prep was missed, for which he apologized. Also, that they do not service cars based on age, only on mileage (though that is Chrysler\'s recommendation). The final statement, even after the prior statement that I would be reimbursed for repairs, was that any reimbursement would be denied. I would like your assistance to encourage the dealer to do what was promised, reimburse me for the repairs to the car\'s paint, and for the oil change. Thank you.

    Sold me a used 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee (certified) with 13K on it. Supplied me a clean carfax and told me it went through a 125 pt. inspection. The next day, I found bondo on the hood and it cracked, the drivers side fender was re-hung, new grill (not installed right) and the fender liners (attached to bumper) were not installed correctly. Obviously, this Jeep was damaged and they did not disclose that to me. Currently trying to deal with them (no contact with me) since I notified them of my situation. I have had the car for a week now but haven't driven it since I don't know how things will pan out. I am going in tommorrow to speak with a manager. Also, only paid off part of my trade-in loan! I have to follow up why they did not pay in full. I have another payment due in 2 weeks and I face defualt if no payment is made.

    Just drove away from the dealership. Lots of wheeling and dealing, but felt comfortable with the deal. They really do spend a lot of time working with you.
