    Our car was going to take a little bit longer they were painting out gas door so they gave us a rental. We currently have another vehicle not a Subaru and their service is no where near what we get at Subaru. Needless to say we are due for another vehicle in a few years and we’re gonna explore our Subaru options.

    They were very attentive and efficient and raining out and drove my car under the over hang because it was raining. They explained everything they did. The counter guy was excellent.

    -they appear to have isolated and fixed the problem THANK YOU!! -they give you an overestimate of time and cost to fix so that one generally gets done sooner and pays slightly less -they do not call you to the desk, they find the customer -very polite, helped me with grocery bags; replaced my vending machine "lunch" when M and Ms fell over on table -had news on TV; good information on pet care in car and disaster planning, magazines to help make wait less arduous -bathroom clean and proximate for workers and waiting room

    Welcoming feeling as soon as I walked in, Mr. Stephen Foley, the service adviser, was very helpful and very kind in helping out with the issues that my car had. Also appreciated the updates given on what was found and replaced on the car.

    Courteous, clean, timely and efficient. I also liked having my auto washed. I was also able to use a certificate for the first tire rotation, which was offered by the service attendant. Continue with your friendly, efficient and approachable atmosphere. This is what will keep you as a differentiator in the marketplace. I usually dislike going into car dealerships.
