    My husband and I walked into route 33 Nissan with no real knowledge of the Nissan product. I no that I liked how they look on the road but nothing about the features or trim levels or packages that were available. We were looking for bigger vehicle being as our family us expanding. Elvin showed me the murano as well as the pathfinder... I fell in love with the pathfinder. We ended up purchasing the platinum pathfinder that night!! Everything was so easy. Elvin explained everything to us and even showed us where to go when we come back to pick up our plates and bring our new vehicle for service. Elvin wasn't your typical sales person. He listened and was courteous, he was very patient with me and my endless questions. I will recommend Elvin to all friends and family.

    Phil Stolyar (sales manager) and Peter Pilic (sales consultant) made my car buying experience the best ever. They explained the whole buying process & made documentation preparation very easy & very quick. Showed me the dealership around, explained the service process, and even gave me future service packages to come & service my car here going forward. VERY VERY PLEASED with the customer service & professionalism they both provided to make my car buying experience to be so easy & pleasant. Will be coming back here all the time now.

  • "Does that girl really need an engine that big?"

    I went in today to see a pre-owned 2015 RAM, 5.7L V8. It was listed this weekend on autotrader.com for $21k, and described as having a tow package. When I went in today, the price had changed to $26k! After a long conversation with the salesman, they said that they would honor the $21k price, but then proceeded to tack on close to $5k in hidden fees-- including the cost of the pre-owned inspection the dealer does on the vehicle (come on!), and $2k for never having purchased there before. As I questioned these fees-- and pointed out that it doesn't even have the tow package as advertised-- I overheard a salesman ask if, "that girl really even needs an engine that big?" Needless to say-- they made me feel very pressured to buy the vehicle at a higher cost, and it was a completely disgusting window into the trials and tribulations of walking into a car dealership as a single woman.

    From moment one, I was welcomed in and treated with the utmost respect! The manager in charge Chris was quick to get envolved and make my deal happen quickly. No hassle over price, fair price for my trade in and payments I can afford. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP ! Mathew and Tyler were great and treated me like family, they even bought me lunch!

    This dealer advertised itself as the lowest on TrueCar. We wasted 4 hours in dealership, after being told that the car we wanted was in stock and price would be honored. They then brought us a car with a different color interior than advertised, and neglected to mention it was missing a $2500 option until after the paperwork was signed. Luckily, we noticed before driving off the lot and cancelled the deal. I later learned this was a common tactic they employed to lure and deceive customers. On top of it, their manager Sunil is one rude [non-permissible content removed] - after telling him of our ordeal, he simply told me [non-permissible content removed]. That's the kind of service you'll be getting in this [non-permissible content removed].

    I started my interaction through their internet department and that made made the showroom experience even easier. Upon arriving at the showroom Peter greeted us promptly and the whole experience from then on was real easy and quite smooth. I got a great price on my new maxima and a fair price on my trade. It just went smooth and wasn't the dreaded car buying experience I recommend them highly. Give them a shot.

    Price is competitive, but make sure you do your homework before coming to the dealership so you can get a good deal. Clarify any fees, taxes before signing the dotted line.

    The sales managers are [non-permissible content removed] and they are not upfront about pricing or fees. I can't imagine a worse car buying experience. I would absolutely never recommend this dealership to anyone. I regret purchasing my car from here.

    I originally just came in to inquire about an Altima. As I was browsing I was approached by Peter who was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and more, and was extremely patient. I was so impressed by the service I decided to talk numbers and got a great deal on an Altima thanks to Peter and Sal.

  • intimidating tactics

    We just recently made a visit to RT 33 Nissan ready to purchase a vehicle. At first the experience was excellent. As the process went on it started to deteriorate as they tried to prove they new more than the customer. They produced a financial chart from the institution we where using. There rates where showing higher than what we secured already. I really didn't care we knew how we where going to finance the vehicle. We waited for them to come back with a trade in value on our vehicle. The trade in offer was a complete insult. We knew exactly what the trade in value was. We just had it appraised. When we decided to turned down there offer and leave. We found ourselves surrounded by 4 other salesman trying to block the door and preventing us from leaving. I was able to push my way through them and waited for my wife to pass. They continued to follow us out side and to our car. As we left the lot our cell phones where blowing up with phone calls. I later called the manager back and spoke to his assistant. She was great. It is too bad that the rest of their employees didn't take after her. By the way the new car we where going to purchase already had scratches on it I was willing to over look if they could detail them out before we finished the purchase.

    Me and my family came to look at a van when we were greeted by Peter. We looked at several vans and suvs, narrowed it down to a certified pre-owned Pathfinder. Peter and Chris gave us an amazing price, really great and fun place to buy a car!!
