Lack of disclosure...
by Claudio on 10/19/2023Purchased a Rav4 Prime, the sales person Fernando and the sales manager Herick, in an effort to sell me the car, did not disclose that that I will be receiving a single key fob instead of the standard two. After calling the dealership… thinking it was a simple mistake, I was informed that Toyota is having a chip shortage and are only providing a single fob at this time. If I would have had this information before picking up the car I would not have purchased it. My wife and I share the car, she drops it off at the train station where I pick it up, we cannot use the car as needed so pretty much useless for us. The dealer can easily program a second fob do make this right, but I guess customer service is not that important after the car is off the lot...Pretty much Awesome and Nice Dealer

He gave me a very reasonable good price, and serviced me all the way, and did everything carefully and professionally. If he was not there, I might not buy… the car. His professional style and kindness made me pay and picked up the car directly in the same day. I am a foreigner with a strong accent English. Another RAV4
by Juliocesar on 01/26/2019My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new 2019 Toyota RAV4, we were already pleased with our 2016 model, but the new one is definitely an upgrade both in quality and comfort. Pedro did an excellent job in getting us out of the lease… of the 2016 early with no penalties and a reasonable price.
