Excellent service, work and perks!
by evielman13 on 05/22/2016First of all the sales rep, Jennifer, was very informative and incredibly helpful with helping me with servicing my car. She was proactive in calling and emailing me with updates. And the rest of her team pitched in to help move things… along or explain in more detail some of the services being done to my car. I didn't expect this first class level of service. And the servicing done to my car feels like it was done by professionals instead of some third rate mechanic in a small shop. My car seems to run with a lot more pep and feels practically new, and it's over 12 years old! All the little extras such as the complimentary detail cleaning, proactively taking care of other aspects of the car is the icing on the cake. And I also received a loaner car while my car was being serviced. All of these services and extras are worth bring the car into your dealership in the future. Customer satisfaction focus at paragon Acura
by Blanblanblan on 05/22/2016Well, I was told that the car needed additional service maintenance service in addition to oil change. I was not aware of the additional cost for maintenance. However, Paragon Acura and of course the young lady at the front desk made it… very easy for me and had provided me with the additional service with out any extra cost and I am greatly satisfied with such a customer treatment. Another customer who just bought a new Acura RDX asked me about his the service at Paragon. I told her so far the service has been great since I purchased the car 3 months ago. Thank you for making the customers stress free regarding his car. Keep up the good work with focus on customer satisfaction.Thank you for the excellent review! Overall, the service is not bad

I was holding tips on my hand when I was waiting for my car back , however , when I see… my car back still with all the dust and dirts , I put it back to my pocket .Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us!We work hard to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience. On day of the purchase, Alexander helped me and also provided excellent service. He went above and beyond!… I contacted him the next day because I forgot a cd in the suv that I traded in. He immediated went to the car to take it out and hold onto it for me. Ultimately, the excellent customer service is what helped me decide to go with acura. I loved the fact that both Gary and Alex provided me with a cellphone number so I was able to send a text when I had a question. In addition, two other employees, not working with me, offered me water while I was waiting. Peter, the sales manager, was very helpful as well. The employee who explained the functions on the car was very knowledgeable as well!
