Excellent Customer Service!!!
by Angelita on 03/26/2025My experience began from the minute I enter the location everyone on the floor was so friendly and happy. I was greeted by not one but two representatives. One was the Manager Hannan A. Zafar , who I was scheduled to meet for just an… informed VIP manger appointment. Mr. Zafar welcome and immediately provide education regarding offers available. He took his time to listened , and acknowledged my tentative interest. I had a lease Acura 2024 , but was unhappy. He reviewed my qualification status , and provided two options based on my interest. Mr. Zafar provide detail education about the ZDX, including nearby work and home where to charge , time of charge , the miles , the EV card $ 750. I test drive ZDX and MDX. Is more to say of the excellence of attention to detail, but I will never end writing this review 😂. Shout to Finance Manager Mr. Madrid , Zafar and James went above and beyond past 5:00 pm on a Sunday. James was the DMV guy, he also assist with connecting my phone to the Car play. Overall , as a consumer I recommend this location , they are very friendly , great atmosphere, every staff on the floor greets you and ensure you well taken care while waiting. Five star is very little to the level of customer service. In addition please note the initial of all this extraordinary experience was a web search to seek options. The minute I enter my contact base on browse interest ; I was contacted by not one, but four representatives including Mr.Zafar, Amy, April , and Miriam. by Ab on 06/15/2024PLEASE READ, and save yourself. I purchased a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Acura from Paragon Acura in Winter. So, at the time of purchase there was no way for me to check if AC blew cold air or not. Soon after purchase, I discovered that the… Air conditioning (AC) of the car doesn't work, because of a past accident. The accident was never disclosed to me by Paragon. Also, I learnt that my CPO car needed new brakes right after purchase. I reached out to Paragon, and they refused to fix any of these. BTW the 182 point check CPO report from Paragon is showing that the AC works and Brakes are brand new.. total FRAUD. The total cost of fixing these is $3000. Paragon is simply DEFRAUDING customers in the name of CPO cars. They are picking cars from the Streets and selling to innocent customers as CPO. Learn from my experience.We acknowledge your review and are currently looking into the events you’ve detailed.

Deceitful practices to get you through the door
by Ali on 05/22/2021They wasted two hours of our time! I presented a deal which they said they can beat or match if I come in. After wasting 2 hours they told us they would be unable to match or honor what they said over the phone. They made a “reservation”… with the manager Ali who didn’t bother to help us instead, he handed it do another salesman and Ali just sat there while we waited even though we had a reservation. Avoid at all cost, they lie just to get you through the door!Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Paragon Acura. Stay away, far from honorable
by Ricardo Feliz Tejeda on 04/28/2021Bought a CPO 2018 Acura TLX from here with 17k miles, cars paint was so rough it was honestly more like a vehicle with 60k-90k miles. Various scratches all around the trim, got the dealership to fix those for me. Got the vehicle back… yesterday with a bunch of new scratches, these worse than what I had them fix. Manager Peter of course denies any wrongdoing and told me he can work with me on getting me in a new vehicle, as if I’d ever do business with them again after this experience. Car also got back to me with 100s of miles more than what I gave it to them with. Brian Wagner is [non-permissible content removed], this dealership does not take care of their customers and vehicles and they buy fake reviews for Google to keep their ratings up. Go elsewhere, Smithtown has better prices and their vehicles are in much better shape. Curry acura offers better pricing on better condition vehicles as well. My biggest regret of 2021 was dealing with them and the year had just gotten started, that should tell you something. BEWARE!!!
by jburns5 on 02/29/2020Very Shady. I went to the dealership and my salesman Manny told me they would take back my leased Buick and cover the fees for turning it in. After the deal was done, they took the car and 3 weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $1350.87… termination fees. I went back to Acura and they refused to cover them. They said it was never part of the deal. Also, the finance manager was trying to sell me a service package to add to my monthly payments. When I declined, he said I should because I HAVE to have my car serviced at the dealer. This is illegal. You never have to have the car serviced at the dealer. I have bought and leased many cars in my life and this is by far the most deceptive dealer I ever visited. From the first email with Ariel, absolutely the best personable service from Francisco and the finance department to Kiara's walkthrough of the final papers and the features… of the car .. everything was great!!! We traveled some distance to the dealership (great deal!) and they made sure that we were satisfied with everything and as quickly on the road as possible even though the dealership was very busy on Saturday. My New ILX 2019

I met Carlos Rodriguez the first day, he took me out to do a drive test of the vehicle. i was not only impress with his knowledge… but most importantly i was more impress because he was able to be more personable. Great attitude and professionalism. To make long story short i wasn't able to get the RDX 2019 but in all Carlos recommended if i was able to compromise to something smaller like the ILX 2019. At that point i was okay with the option, i remembered it took awhile before a decision was made. Carlos was there with me the whole time and keeping a positive spririt through it all. Finally i was approved and drove off with my New ILX 2019. I would recommend to anyone who love the Acura brand and stop by to see Carlos. Carlos has surpassed my expectations, willing to go the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied with the results. Thank you Carlos for being a true CHAMP!!! After getting approved for the ILX 2019, I met Shun Rodriguez as well whom went over the technology aspect of the car with me. Shun was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied to say the least. Shun made sure i had every details and information in regards to the car. thank you Shun for everything. I had an awesome Experience. Lack of ownership with vehicle issues
by Gil on 01/03/2019updated 01/11/2019Just purchased a 2018 certified MDX online and requested clarification upfront if the vehicle had been smoked. The sales representative informed me the vehicle had not been smoked. Carfax showed the vehicle was in Paragon's possession as… a manager or loaner vehicle, so Paragon was well aware if the vehicle had been smoked in. I arrived day of purchase and the vehicle looked good and no smell of smoke. On day two the vehicle started to have a strong odor of smoke which I communicated to Paragon and to this day, I have not received an acceptable resolution. Paragon also did not perform the 180 point certification well as there were two USB ports that were not operational and there was a loud driver side door rattle. I had to spend additional time with the local Acura dealership to address the concerns. Don't expect Paragon to be a reputable dealership if you purchase a vehicle there. I provided Paragon every opportunity to address the situation and the lack of ownership is deplorable.Purchase of a Acura MDX that never happened
by Saint001 on 10/23/2017I am not based in New York but after a back and forth e-mail exchange with several folks at Paragon Acura, I negotiated a purchase price with Peter Pazmino and was ready to proceed with the sale. Peter called me at 9:00 pm when the… dealership is closing and had me fill out all the paperwork for financing with my drivers license and e-mail back to him. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not even received a follow-up e-mail or call from him. I even arranged transportation to have the vehicle shipped to me. Supposedly this dealerships motto is "we treat our customers like family" - I would hate to see how they treat their friends. I have owned both the 1st and 2nd generation Acura MDX and this would have been my third. The vehicle is still listed on their website and since then has dropped in price as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone both in-state or out-of-state.We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us.
