Went to Schultz for my new lease and couldn’t have had a better experience. Travis was so easy to work with and gave me all of the info I needed to know - not to mention, they gave me great pricing.

The sales process is transparent and they provided competitive pricing and do not play games. If there is an issue that… arises they make every effort to get things right with a resolution that supports the customer. The sales team is experienced and honest. No games ,no scams. Roger C has been my salesman for the last two deals and I look forward to working with him on my next F150. Brian ,one of the sales managers, backs up Roger with solid support that accommodates the the buyer. Ownership is accommodating and reasonable. All around one of the best dealers I have dealt with over the last 40 years of buying autos.Hi, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! How could you ARE aware of how significant this issue is. FORD BRONCO –AND YOU ALL KNOW ABOUT IT—FAIL TO comply… with various Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards … Generator problems have started emerging and no one it’s doing anything about it. My Ford Bronco model ended up in the shop due to its failure and need to have the it replaced. On my 4 hrs drive and on top of that you guys didn’t have any tow trucks available resulting me to pay out of pocket almost 400 dollars in the middle of nowhere with an 82 years old grandmother (who resulted in the ER because of it) and kids with me. In addition, to it when I got the dealership there were no loners resulting in me once again paying almost 1,000 dollars. THAT’S CALLED NEGLIGENT ON YOUR PART.Excellent service

by RBosico on 02/27/2023Schultz Ford makes annual state inspections quick and painless. I even had to reschedule -- no problem. Got in first thing in the morning. You can drop it off. They have a courtesy vehicle that can bring you to home/work and pick you up… later. But this time I chose to wait for the car. Took 30min. The waiting room has cable TV, snacks and a restroom. It was quick, clean and affordable.F350

by McGillz on 12/29/2016Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat… business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
