John Castelli = Fairy Godfather
by ladorable on 07/13/2015After an extensive car search between Rochester, NY and Ithaca, NY, my dad (resident of Binghamton) insisted I check out Miller (and a few other dealers in Binghamton/Vestal, NY area. By the time I met with John Castelli at Miller, I was… tired; I laid out my wish list and basically said, "Can you make this happen and stay in my price range?" John did! He found 2 cars for me to test drive that all fit my description, but not to a "t". I decided I'd think about it and then come back. As we were leaving I spotted a car that, from the outside, fit the description of what I wanted (red exterior, black leather interior, spoiler). John told me he'd look into it, as there was no price listed on the car. When I returned that afternoon, John had pulled the car around and told me it was a little over my range, but he would give it to me in my price range. He also ensured everything else on my wish list was met (like adding a remote car starter to remedy my #upstateny #winterblues). I can't explain how grateful I am for John's help through the process. He seriously is my fairy godfather! I'm also glad my dad forced me to stop into Miller that day! :)Excellence!

The personal attention and the care he put into finding me exactly what I really wanted made the… entire process much easier and pain free than I thought it would be.
