  • Great experience with an excellent deal

    I was able to get a great deal on the 2016 Special Edition Corolla, which was a newer and upgraded version of the car that I was leasing at the time. Because of the offer to end my lease early, I decided to stay with Toyota instead of consider other options. My fondness for the car and the assistance and knowledge of the sales person/team, made my decision and experience easy. The deal I was offered was exceptional; it was apparent that my needs and wants as a customer were taken into consideration and that there was a genuine interest in my satisfaction. My car was delivered the next day in excellent condition and all features were reviewed and questions were answered with the sales person. Overall, i had a smooth, quick experience and have been very happy with my choice to stay with Toyota, especially with my Corolla.

    The service was great, my sales person Gloria had a lot of positive energy, all my questions were answered and the whole purchase process from settling on the numbers that worked for me to leaving the dealership with my new car didn't take much. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

  • Very bad experience

    Do not get fooled by this dealership. I am going to share my experience with this team: August 11 I went there to check out deals they had, because Toyota was advertising Clearance of 2015 models. I was very naive and told them from the beginning that I am new in the US, moved in not far ago and I do not want to make mistakes and I am just browsing, I did not come to buy something because I am not ready to make decision. They did great job and pushed the sale very well. I agreed to lease Corolla LE model in $200 per month. When paper work was getting done, in the middle of sale, sales person offered me to take Corolla L model instead of Corolla LE. He explained me that they don’t have LE models in the stock and the difference in these two particular models is just in back up camera, and as I mentioned to him before that back up camera is not important feature for me, he suggested to go with L model. I wanted to be sure and I asked him again to explain differences if there is anything more, he just repeat the same that difference is just in back up camera. As a result of this I agreed to get L model. Next day I find out that there is a bunch of other differences, and also huge difference in price. When all paper work was done and I got keys from the car and we get into the car, I saw that the radio system is different and it changes also interior of the car design. So I told to sales person that I don’t like this model right away, but I was explained that the car is already on my name, its registered in DMV and that they cannot change anything and that I agreed before to take it and that I got good quality car in the good price. Next day I find out about all differences between these two models, also I got quotes from other Toyota dealerships $149-$169 on these models. So I called to sales person and ask him try to resolve this problem and fix this unfair sale. He tried to explain one more time that there is no other difference and I got car in good price and then just hang up. I sent complain letters with to Toyota corporate office and even called them. But I was explained that dealership is private company and they cannot help me or be mediator between us. And they suggested to try get back to dealership and resolve issues with them. I called and explain my issues to Sales Manager, he told me that its my fault, because if I did not like the car, I had to leave that car there. And then I was told that right now he cannot change the price, because I got care with finance through Bank of America and they cannot return the car, because car is already on my name and this car will be considered as used. These were two biggest lies, because car I got with Toyota finance, not through Bank of America or any other bank. And this car never has been on my name, as I found out it later. Car temporary registration was expired and when I went to DMV to request permanent one, because I never get in the mail permanent one. I find out that car never has been on my name. I called back to Sales Manager and he told me that that is my issue, by the reason that my status as visitor was expired my Driver license is expired. This is not true, because I am permanent resident now, I am not a visitor. DMV suggested me update my driver license if dealership claims that this is an issue and provide dealership with updated one and if dealership will not extend temporary registration and apply for permanent then sue them. I did so, I provided Sales Manager with my updated driver license and its already one week after he does not pick ups my phone calls and does not give me calls back. As a result of this long story I have car I do not like, I am overpaying for model, I cannot drive the car, because the car is without registration. To resolve my issues and compensate my problems dealership issued the check over $400. Is this enough for all this experience? And at the end they just ignoring my requests to register the car or at least extend the temporary registration. I just moved in to US and I do not know how to protect my rights here.     Got a new Highlander from them recently and throughout the process they were easy to work with and very professional. I worked with Al and he was very helpful and really made everything go smoothly. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a Toyota!
  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

    Do not waste your time, they will promise you anything to get you in the door. Then try to backpedal on everything they said (which was in writing). Also, the pre-owned MANAGER will treat you like a piece of gum on the bottom of his shoe. Do not drive over an hour like I did, I wouldn't even buy from here if I was in walking distance.

    I had an EXCELLENT and pleasurable experience at Manfredi Toyota. I purchased a Toyota Camry from here. I got a couple of quotes online and decided to go in and see what they could do for me. I was impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable sales people. My sales person made me feel comfortable and left me feeling more than satisfied with my purchase. I told them exactly what I wanted and they were more than accommodating to my needs. The experience could not have been easier. I told them what I wanted and they worked with me to get me where I needed to be. Everything was explained and no questions were left unanswered. I really felt a family atmosphere at Manfredi Toyota; I spoke with several salespeople, the manager, and even the owner. This all contributed to the honest family atmosphere. Overall, I am thrilled with my experience here and I wouldn't think of purchasing from another dealership. I would highly recommend Manfredi Toyota because they are honest, knowledgeable, and committed to great service.
