Helped me locate exactly what I wanted (Rogue limited Star Wars Edition) and great customer service, including pick ups and drop offs when I was without a vehicle. Recommended, and Fernando was great to… work with. This was our second vehicle from this location.Horrible!!!!
by bettyfromsi on 11/26/2016DO NOT BUY or ATTEMPT TO BUY A CAR FROM SI NISSAN!!!! I, too, spent over 4 hours at this dealership only to walk out frustrated, lied to and ANGRY, with NO CAR! I walked in at 11:30AM this morning, spoke with the sales manager, Adrian, who… promised I would get the deal I came for with no hassle. I told him what I wanted to spend for a lease on a Rogue and he agreed after 45 minutes of discussing it. I waited 4 hours only to be assigned 2 different cars because they were either damaged or the wrong model. This waisted 2 hours! When I finally got to see my car and approve it, I was ushered into the tiny room with the finance guy who started quoting me crazy costs that were NEVER discussed. I told the general manager I wanted a price that included EVERYTHING except my 1st month payment, DMV fees and acquisition fees (that I understand are extra.) They never included the taxes in my pricing, added a bunch of other fees like destination fees and, all in all, my monthly price went up from $299 to $411!!!!!! It's the old bait and switch! A real waste of my time!! I've been leasing for over 12 years and NEVER came upon worst [non-permissible content removed] than the salespeople at Staten Island Nissan!!! Stay Away!! Manhattan Nissan has been and will continue to be my dealer of choice!!!!![non-permissible content removed] use bait and switch

Wait four hours to pick the truck up, luckily I told him don't sign anything until he sees his truck first, when he told them that after waiting the four hours they… showed him a different truck saying that's his. Truck had no Bose system ,nav and other things from the truck he choose the other day. Manger then said we get the truck you picked I told him to leave because they would mess around on the loan and add other charges in the final bill. They thought they could take advantage of a 25 year old. [non-permissible content removed] Go some place else.
