by Epochsee on 05/01/2025Posted price was 15,999 when I got there he said price was 18,999. He said that the advertised price was a "financing price" with 20% down. I said okay I'll put 20% down he went to check something in his shack, came back and said price… was 19,999. This kind of outfit is a joke and the reason why used car dealers get a bad rap. I told him this was a very dishonest practice and he said "they all do it". Very sleazy outfit.False advertising
by Joe on 12/12/2024Drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership after 3 phone calls to confirm the car and price, only for the dealer to jack up the price by almost $2000, then try to make me a “deal” by jacking it up “only” $1000. Tried to claim something about some… fine print. Avoid at all costs, these are the guys that give the used car industry the bad name that it has.Fraudulent dealership
by ShutdownAutoLandFraud on 05/26/2019I bought a used car from autoland usa in selden, ny. Upon taking the car, the first day, i had alot of service lights come on. Also the tires were taken off and replaced with bald tires, my seatbelt was damaged. This dealership refuses to… honor the lemon law duty to repair. After 40 days they replaced my breaks, not the seatbelt, never fixed the starting issues, check engine, check suspension, tire monitor, or other issues. Noone pays $20,000 for a car with issues and they refuse to help. They cursed me out, told me to stop being a cheap jew and get lostI got approved

The whole process was quick and painless! I would def buy another… vehicle from autoland recommend everyone do the same.Great Experience!

by dibblea620 on 09/12/2018I wanted to wait a little while after getting my car to write my review. I originally went into AutoLand September 31st to look at cars. The office was very clean and inviting, as were the staff. After I was shown a few cars by Pete, I… was able to get a 2015 Chevy Sonic with not so great credit and no co-signer. Not to mention, Paul got me a 3 year warranty! I put a small deposit on the car and brought in the rest of my down payment a week later and everything ran smoothly! My monthly payments even went down from what they originally thought it was going to be, which is great! The process was super easy and both Pete and Paul were super nice and took care of everything for me. I have to say that coming from a family of mechanics and dealing with vehicles and dealerships my entire life, I was totally expecting the typical 'car salesman' phrases and everything. This experience wasn't even like that at all. The experience was fantastic, and the car is even better! I am very happy and want to thank Pete and Paul for their work in helping!This place rocks!!!
by Heather on 06/05/2018My fiancé and I were having such trouble finding a new car in our price range. We have a 19month old and our 2000 dodge intrepid just wasn’t cutting it anymore. So we finally found someone who would except are credit and had a car in our… price range but after a week and a half of the run around we decided to call it quits.. Pete had Called me a few times and I kept saying that we were okay and that we think we found one already. So after we called it quite with the other place I remembered how Pete said no matter what we will find a car in our price range and they will except our credit!!! So I called and long story short we walked in about 1:30pm and by 8pm we were driving out of the lot with our 2012 Nissan rouge!!! Paul was so helpful and thorough with all the finance stuff and got us the exact rate we were looking for!!! The owner Tom even went out of his way to make my daughter a balloon which I though was so sweet especially since she took over there office lol! Oh and we can’t forget crystal who went out of her way to rush our car to get it inspected before they closed. They were all so nice there I will never go anywhere else!!!!Love these guys

Since my purchase Ive had 3 of my family members also buy cars from them… and they have had the same wonderful experience as I did!Awful experience

I've been paying for a car and insurance for the 4.5 months I… have owned it and I don't even have the car in my possession!Thank you Autoland!!
