There were no games played. Gave me a fair trade-in price for my car, and a great… deal on the new car.Everything was very smooth,and professional. Upon pick-up of vehicle, a technician came out and went more in depth about different functions of the vehicle. Even after the sale, he has consistently checked in and has been able to help with any questions that I’ve had regarding all… things Audi. No dealerships in my hometown of Cincinnati, OH was willing to “go the extra mile” as David and the team at Garber. I have two Audi dealerships within a few miles from my house, but I ended up flying to NY to buy my new RS3. Terrific Experience

Since I trusted David implicitly, I felt comfortable completing the entire… transaction via text, which made this the easiest car "purchase" experience I have ever had. Worst experience ever!
by KBrock1 on 05/21/2018This was the the most frustrating, time consuming, inconvenient experience I've ever had leasing/buying a car. November 2017 - I turned in my A6 lease and leased another A6. The sales rep is absolutely amazing (Lydia) and i'm super excited!… I'm told by the sales manager that the dealership would be purchasing my car and all of my lease overages (early turn in, mileage, damage, etc) would be covered. Fast forward to February 2018, I receive notification from Audi Financial services that I have a past due bill of over $1000 for the unpaid overages that the dealership promised to handle. Over the next 2.5 months, I send COUNTLESS emails to AFS and the Audi Rochester sales manager in an attempt to get this resolved. At one point, the sales manager even tells me that I should contact AFS to see if they will waive any of the fees (to which I respond that I shouldn't have to do that, considering HE told me that everything would be covered). I continue to make numerous phone calls, send emails and even have to personally visit the dealership as a result of the issue not being handled in a timely manner. Multiple promises are made to either "personally hand deliver the check the next day" or to provide updates. None of this happens. The bill is FINALLY settled at the end of April and then I am notified that I have a 30 day late payment ding on my credit report (and also on my husband's, as he was the co-signer for the 1st lease) that will now take 90 days to be removed. I could go on and on with details, but in short, this is by far, the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. As a customer, I never should have had to personally get involved in an issue that should have been handled when I signed my new lease and it most definitely shouldn't have taken so long to be resolved that it resulted in a negative credit reporting. My next lease will definitely not be with Audi Rochester...but I highly doubt they care, considering this experience.I am sorry to read about your experience with our dealership and with Audi Financial services. Audi S5 Sportback

Seems like he was the whole package - technical and electronic guru, for sure, but he was also genuine, responsive, easy to be… around and truly passionate about his product. As to the dealership, I felt that I was treated well and my questions and concerns were appropriately addressed. I have not had any experience with service as of yet, though it sounds as though they will bend over backward to make the experience as painless as possible.Thank you for choosing Audi Rochester for your recent vehicle purchase. Bad People Bad Service
by alaric38 on 08/06/2017I recently bought a car from this dealership a few days ago and everyone was very kind when it came to selling a car. Come to find out that the car that I purchased does not fit my daily needs as I thought it would. I called there and left… messages for Teresa Kong since she was my sales person to see if I could get back into my old car or purchase something else in a four door... she never returned my call till I called again the day after. She said that she would call back at the end of the day but never did, probably to kill more time so I did not screw up her sale. So then I contacted someone through their website and ended up speaking to a guy named Joel. He said he would see what could be done and would give me a call back at the end of day. He never contacted me. It seems as tho these people are just out for their own pockets and have no sympathy for their clients. Rich Ferrari is the biggest [non-permissible content removed]! He is rude an unprofessional and should get fired. I now have no way in transporting my child when they said I would have been fine. I don't appreciate being lied to as I planned on doing lots of more business here. They could have reversed the sale but had no intentions and just did not want to... I'm disapointed and will loose my business along with my parents that were both wanting to buy cars here. I would not ever recommend this place ever again. If there is a will there is a way and these people are not willing!!I am sorry to hear about your experience at Audi Rochester. I have been notified of the situation on the purchase of a used Audi R8. Please know that we have certain guildelines from New York State to following in regards to vehicle sales (and returns). I was told, after being made aware of your experience, that we were set to come in this past monday the 7th.
