After speaking with a nice young lady on the phone, I went to the dealership with a vin number and the other typical stuff that a dealer needs, pay stubs, etc. The… salesperson was very good walking me through every step and eventually, I was able to drive away in my brand new car! I wish the last dealer I went to went this smoothly!Waste of time
by Gustofella on 01/11/2018This place is a joke. The salesperson I met with had me follow him around searching for a car that was in the body shop. Damage was no shown in pictures on the website, although he claimed it was. most of the cars there have damage, either… cosmetic or have check engine light on. The ones that do not are priced above market value. I wasted about an hour and a half looking at several cars, all had some severe blemish. The salesman also suggested I not buy a luxury car that was priced "too good to be true." That's when I walked out the front door. Save your time and avoid this place.Poor customer services

I was given a full carfax report, the car was fully serviced and inspected to run up to code, of course.… And I also was given a car wash and detail. by johnstonseeyou on 05/29/2016Request a test drive on Edmunds website. I went to the dealer, and they refuse to give me a test drive on the car that I am interested to buy. They told me that I have to pay them refundable $100 to test drive an used car, because they… are an auction house. They are NOT auction at all, but they use auction as a way to over charge every car. They told me that no need to test their cars, because they are protected by their warranty under the lemon law. They added doc fee, prep. fee, and all bogus fees that total at least $3,500. I understand some place charge $1,200 for transaction fee, but $3,500 is a stretch. This place is a shameful place that still exist in 21 century of America!worst place ever
by CJR2315 on 04/17/2016they told me the car i was going to buy was there and despite me telling them i live 4 hours away. when i get to the dealer they first told me that the car was on their way there and that it would take 2 weeks to get there, then they told… me the car was there but it was in the body shop. the sales man was rude and when I asked to talk to the manager he claimed to be the manager.Disappointing visit/misrepresentation
