We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Chilson-Wilcox, and it is always a pleasure! Each time it’s been a simple, easy, and smooth transaction. Their entire staff is welcoming and friendly, they’ll listen to what you need, and do their best… to make it happen! Jim always goes above and beyond to make the process seamless and memorable, and explains everything in detail. Seth was a great Sales Consultant and took the time to go through my entire vehicle with me and show me features I didn’t even realize it had!
We travel 2 hours to do business here, and it’s worth every mile to have a hassle free, trustworthy, 5 star buying experience. Thank you all!

by Rick on 01/13/2021I've been thinking of replacing my 17 year old SUV, back when Grand Cherokee's first came out I owned a few and was very happy. I decided to check out Chilton Wilcox be a use of the attention I received probably 20 years ago when the… dealership was in Riverside from Scott Chilton. I found on the dealer website a perfect vehicle, I left name and phone and was contacted within 15 minutes, I spoke with John who made an appointment with us for the next day. The vehicle is almost brand new, it was ready for us to drive and off we went. It was everything thing we had hoped. When we got back John asked what I wanted for my Yukon, I simply told him, make me a fair deal, and they did. Easy to with with Jim on securing the financing without going to the credit union. The Jeep was ready to go when we arrived, clean, new winter mats. Great customer service and very pleasant team at the dealership to work with. John has already followed up to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions. Although we won't be needing another vehicle for awhile I will happily recommend Chilton Wilcox to others.Good Place to Buy a Truck

by Fly on 12/13/2020I just bought a 2021 jeep Gladiator from Ron East! This was the fourth vehicle that I purchased from him and Chilson Wilcox in a row. I do shop around at other dealerships. But it is a waste of my time. I always go back to Ron. My wife just… got a job that affords me to buy the Gladiator. She has no time off to go and sign the paperwork. So, Ron had the paperwork delivered to where she works so we could complete the purchase. That to me is above and beyond what they had to do. So YES I will never go anywhere else to buy a new vehicle, and I recommend every one that asks me to go see Ron at Chilson Wilcox!Purchase

WHY? I gave John a detail description of the vehicle I wanted.… Within week or two he located the exact vehicle. He then had his staff go to New Jersey to obtain the vehicle on my behalf.Easiest car buying experience ever!
