Andy, the manager, was professional and made sure everything… stayed on track. Alex, the finance manager, explained all the details clearly and helped me lock in a great deal. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, ask for Kemarri, Andy, and Alex — highly recommend Nissan of Queens!My dream car!

I was given one price with my trade in which it was understood will cover all expenses and they asked for a down payment which I give them. They then started the process of the purchase and continue to… add more money towards the down payment and even more to the final amount that I will have to pay. I was exhausted with the process and cheated by these people. I will NEVER recommend anyone to Nissan or Queens on Rockaway Boulevard. Update May 2025: Andy the manager sat with me and handled all of my concerns and I am very satisfied with everything. I recommend Andy and the team at Nissan of Queens.Blue Lagoon! Professional, Friendly and Efficient
by Tesha on 05/13/2025I walked in to Nissan Queens on Saturday 10th May 2025 as I was passing by on my way home just to look at some vehicles as I will be getting my Drivers License soon and wanted to start looking around for my vehicle. Before entering I was… greeted by Sales Representative Justin who asked me if I had an appointment. Little did I know I needed one and was willing to make one for another day. Nevertheless, Justin was very helpful and was fishing up with a customer and seated me to wait for him. I asked questions about the car and pricing. Told him what features I wanted and there he was with his educated knowledge suited me with the perfect car. He was so polite and kind. Very energetic and exciting that his energy made me buy my car that day...... the buying process was a bit long and I had my 18 month old with me. Justin drove to the pizzeria to get my baby and us lunch while we wait on the paperwork. I loved the professionalism and courtesy of Justin and his peers. I will recommend this institution hands on.
