A little disheveled
by John Doe on 10/01/2022They seen unorganized and have multiple salespersons selling the same car with little communication. I was encourage to still out a credit app for a vehicle that was already sold which is a hard inquiry on the credit report. The same feel… through and no one notified me that the vehicle was available again. They asked me to come out to test drive the vehicle. I drove 60 miles one way only to find out that the vehicle had many scratches and gouges on both sides requiring quite a bit of body work.They got me
by Anderson on 11/06/2019I purchased a vehicle (Jeep) I said something bout the brakes they took a look I drove it again they sounded finally ... after I drove it on highway over 50-60mph I felt a vibration when stopping called dealer back he told me to drive it… for awhile it will go away come to find out my back brakes were literally worn down n I had to change them and rotors .... I shouldn’t have to change my brakes and rotors, 3 months after buying basically new vehicle and on top of that I had to buy new tires cause dealer told me he can sell them at 40% tread.....all I’m saying is 40% Tread don’t help when winter right around corner ... More mad about having to fix my brakes after I’ve called and complained and was just told to drive it will go away ....!!!New Jeep Cherokee purchase

My salesman Jack was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, he really worked to get me the best deal possible and did! The financial guys… Randy and Rob were very patient in answering all my questions and never made me feel rushed. It was worth the 30min drive for me. I would definitely recommend buying from them.
