    Not bad, I cannot say great. My car should not come out of service covered in grease, door handles door panels, steering wheel etc. Poor quality on the hand off.

    In the age of COVID, my lease of a new vehicle turned out to be very simple thanks to the sales consultant at David Chevrolet Buick, Niagara Falls, NY. Communication by phone, text and mail provided me a deal I wanted for a new car and meeting my price range. Thanks for a great deal.

    I was looking for a truck and actually went to Paddock on Delaware also. There was a salesman at Paddock that didn't seem overly interested in selling anything and even kept using the (strike) as a reason they "probably wouldn't be able to find the exact truck I was looking for". I then went to Davids and talked to sales associate Mark Jones. Mark right off the bat made everything easy. He told me he'd do his best to find one whether it was on their lot or not. In the end we found a great truck and came to a deal. There werent any problems, evything went smooth.

    Bought a 2019 Custom Silverado I spotted in David Chevys online inventory. Asked them to hold it till I could get there to drive it. It was a perfect fit for me.I waste no time, I knew what I wanted and they had it. End od story.

    A very good experience at David Chevrolet. Everyone is very friendly, eager to take care of you. The Sales Representative, Steve Palmeri listens to what you want in a new car. He always picks out the perfect car for you. He is very knowledgeable making the new car experience very painless and very enjoyable.

    My wife and I worked out a verbal deal for a Chevy Traverse LT with Steve Palmeri Sr for a 3 year lease. We did not haggle or try to work out any sort of deal with Steve, we told him what trim and color we liked, and he gave us a monthly quote and worked up the preliminary offer paperwork. We told Steve that we would be turning in our current car to Mazda in a few days and give us some time to think about it. We ended up test driving a couple other model cars over the last couple of days and ultimately decided we wanted to go with the Traverse. We called Steve up and he was excited to close the deal... He let us test drive the car again to make sure we were happy and sat down to do the paperwork. Steve pulled out the preliminary offer paperwork that he did a few days ago with our quote and review the numbers with us and said that he just had to have his finance manager look over the terms and we should be good to go. 5 minutes later Steve came back and told us that there was a mistake made with the quote, and that the finance manager who originally did the offer for us was on vacation... and that we aren't going to want the finance manager who was there to come out and talk to us because "it's just a bad situation"... This statement was then followed with the "correct" number which was $40 more a month than the original quote he gave us - at this point I want to remind everyone that my wife and I did not haggle with Steve at all - the original quote for the Traverse was $459 a month and he's now saying it's $499 a month. This whole experience is absolutely embarrassing for the dealership and Steve. They wasted our time, and made us feel like idiots. The original offer Steve gave us wasn't unrealistic, it appeared to be competitive as we had similar negotiated terms with other dealers for other branded cars in the same class... plus we had the GM employee discount from a family member which is supposedly worth a lot. This was a very unprofessional negotiation tactic - "we will give you an amazing quote that will get you back in the door, and then tell you the real price and try to convince you that it was a mistake made by our finance manager who is conveniently on vacation". I will never recommend David Chevrolet to any friends or families, and will share our experience when and where we can. This is why people don't trust car dealers and hate the car buying process. Instead, we will move on from Chevy and find a different car/dealer that is honest with their customers.

    I’ve bought and/or leased my last 4 vehicles from David’s Chevrolet. My sales associate, Steve Palmeri, was very pleasant, and concerend about my satisfaction and happiness in leasing my new car! He also was very knowledgeable about every aspect involved in selling and buying a car!

    Sales person, Al Bax, answered my questions to my satisfaction, truly a professional. Gave me a tour of the service dept. and went over the features of the vehicle. He had my new car ready in a about an hour. Dealership was very clean and I would buy from them again.

    Guess how long it took to get in to see the Finance Dept for an all cash deal? If you guessed 100 minutes, you'd know what we were very irritated at the flippant finance manager who kept us waiting. When I pointed out that we had been waiting for so long, the guy actually said, "Faster than a pizza!" Seriously, I've never had to wait 90 minutes for a pizza. The salesman was very nice and efficient, but the finance dept experience was bad enough to give this dealership a thumbs down.

    I saw Ernie Fadel at David Chevrolet and my experience was 100% satisfactory! Ernie made my experience unbelievably easy, fast, and stress-free! Absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else in the area. Great service on cars too!
