No pressure sales environment - they respected my time and the fact that I was a motivated and informed buyer. We came in looking for a certain vehicle but after discussions, we came to the conclusion a different vehicle was a better fit. I… had an appointment with another dealer but they made it worth my while to stay and work out a deal with them on a brand-new GMC Sierra. I’m happy with the truck and Brandon, our sales rep.

by Great experience on 12/13/2019Son was looking for a vehicle, my wife found the vehicle he was looking for in an on-line add. She called the dealership and spoke with Shaun (spelling), wonderful lady to deal with. Arrived at dealership early, Shaun had temporarily… stepped out, met with Brenda, who was amazing to work with. She mirrored everything Shaun had told my wife. No nonsense, Brenda ran through the vehicle my son wanted, and offered a price at the low end of what KBB listed, may have even been a bit below the “great deal” listing on KBB. Brenda stated that we could leave with the vehicle that afternoon if we liked. Jeremy the finance manager had all the paperwork complete, and accurate, Within about 20 minutes. By the time my son had finished signing the paperwork, the vehicle was fueled, licensed and ready to go. Jeremy actually found my son a last minute better finance option, which saved my son about $1000. Overall great experience, consistency from the first call to completion of the deal. Honest, upfront, friendly, group to work with. Will definitely return in the spring to purchase another family vehicle.Excellent Buying Experience

Rose Noyes was the best, very knowledgeable about the instrument dashboard, on… star, everything on my brand new Traverse. Rose answered all my questions and made sure that I was priority even getting us water (it was hot!). I would also like to thank Chris who got my loan approved and looked out for the best options for me and really made me feel that is just how this whole dealership works: FOR THE CUSTOMER. Unlike the dealership I had bought 2 previous cars from, which is what lead me to Mike Barnard. John knew what my financial limitations were and he treated me with respect and showed a true interest in helping me find a used vehicle… that I would be proud to own. Matthew Edmonds was enthusiastic and knowledgable taking me on test drives and made me feel comfortable about starting the scary car buying process. Very easy to talk to. Chris Schwalbach was able to put together an affordable deal that I was happy with, especially after I was pre-judging my ability to finance. This team went above anything I expected a car dealership to do for me. No pressure, no hassle or smooth talking salesman. I can't thank them enough for the fresh start and great car! by jarstall on 04/13/2012updated 08/03/2025i will admit we were skeptical about going to mike barnard because we had not heard good things about them. however, we received a letter stating that the vehicle we currently had was 1 that was in high demand so they were willing to buy it… from us @ a higher price than what mite generally be offered. after calling to find out more information rose told me the the vehicle that we were looking to trade to was also in high demand and she wished we had called a week or two earlier since they had 4 on the lot. she said that they would work on getting us what we wanted to trade to and get back with me. rose called me back stating they had found us a vehicle and the journey began. we went in to look at it and take it for a test drive. of course we liked, but it didn't have all the features on it we wanted, but we started the ball rolling anyway. after sleeping on it & the newness wore off i had to call rose and tell her that altho we liked the vehicle we would prefer to get a little bit older model or higher mileage vehicle as long as it had the features we wanted. needless to say rose and the rest of the team there @ barnards went to work to find a vehicle that would suite our needs. long story short due to no fault of rose's it took a couple vehicles before they were able to find 1 that would be a perfect match. once they did a deal was made. let me just say that rose noyes was the most helpful & understanding sales rep i have ever dealt with in a long time. with her it wasn't your typical pushy sales pitch to try & sell me something i wouldn't be happy with. she went above & beyond the calls of duty to try & accommodate our wishes in regards to the sale. i also appreciated the fact that she was very down to earth and relatable in terms of wanting to make sure that it would suit our needs and fit our budget so that we weren't buying something that we'd regret later on down the road. i would definitely recommend her and mike barnard to anyone looking for another vehicle.
