  • Worst dealer ever

    Sold me a car without having a title. I was told “they couldn’t find it”. Asked how long to find it they said a week. A month later no car, no title. Asked for my payment back in an expedited manner and was told sure now all communication is ended and no refund. Many instances of unkept promises and outright lies by multiple ppl from general manager down to used sales people. I highly recommend you not use this dealership.

    I and my family visited Lexus of Manhattan today with the intention of just looking to see if we could find anything we were interested in. Mr Steven Johnson made this process, easy,smooth and worthwhile today whichprompted us to in stantly deposit for two gx 460's. We were impressed by the service of both Mr Johnson and Mr Kamran the manager but majorly that of Mr Johnson. I highly recommend this dealership.

    I had a great experience with the team at Lexus of Manhattan as I was on a mission to get my first car. What I liked the most was the amount of vehicles they have in their lot. I'm happy I got to drive off with the Lexus NX 200T F Sport in this beautiful white color. Look for Gamal Aly. His very professional, and will help you to get the car you want,and accommodate with your requests and preferences.

  • A Great Purchase Experience!

    My wife and I recently visited Lexus of Manhattan and purchased a vehicle. Our sales rep, Ari Benchocron, was beyond amazing and made the trip from Central NJ worth while. The entire process was smooth and organized, which in my experience is a rare occurrence. It was genuinely the best purchase experience we've had. He was very straightforward and honest about the pricing and genuinely wanted to get us the best deal. Further, during my most recent visit to the dealership to get a remote starter installed, Ari was beyond helpful in making sure that the work was going to get done right and on time! He kept me regularly updated on the process the entire time. I never recommend car dealers or their sales reps, however, Ari and Lexus of Manhattan had exceed all of my expectations and when we need another car, I will definitely come back to Ari!

    I came into the dealership not knowing which vehicle to purchase. However, Mr. Newland sat down with me with multiple option and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I finally decided on the new IS and Mr. Newland ran some numbers with me and it was very ideal. It was a wonderful experience and I felt like a valued customer treated with respect from the sale representative. Definitely will come back to this dealership for my future purchases.

    I bought 2013 Certified Black Lexus RX 350 on 6/15/2016. I worked with Warren Newland. He is extremely humble and doesn't force things on you. He is honest about what you may need and what you don't, in reference to extended warranties etc . Overall experience was great. I visited the dealership multiple times before buying/finalizing the car. I work in midtown so the dealership is about 10 mins walk; it was convenient to visit. People told me why I am buying from this showroom, rather go to Jersey and buy from somewhere else for a bit cheaper. To be honest the price I got is a comparative price (may be $150 more than what I wanted to pay, but I had the luxury to visit the dealership many times during work on foot without taking any days off, so it was worth it). Work with Warren he's pretty amazing! I hate when people force things on me but he wasn't like that. Regards, Sandeep

  • Best Sales Experience Ever!

    I had so many other poor experiences at other car dealers but lexus of manhattan was unlike any other car shopping I'd ever done. I called up to make an appt, and when I showed up, my car was ready for a test drive. My salesguy Warren was very helpful with showing me all of the features and taking the time to teach me how to use everything. Once I sat with finance, he went over all of my options and soon I was out the door. Quick easy and pain free! So excited with my new Lexus!

    Recently leased another car from this dealer and the service was fantastic, especially the salesman, Dariusz Doliwa. He was attentive, responsive to my needs, courteous and efficient.     We just purchased a Lexus certified RX 350. Our sales person was Dariusz Doliwa. Dariusz was extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the car and very patient with us. We felt no pressure and also felt comfortable asking questions, no matter how detailed. This purchase process was remarkably easy and professional. In addition, the showroom was spotless, and all of the employees were courteous, which made for an overall successful and pleasant shopping and buying experience. We highly recommend Dariusz for anyone looking for a Lexus and we highly recommend the Lexus of Manhattan dealership.

    HORRIBLE!!! Don't trust these people includes their management regardless of what they tell or promise you even if they confirm you by writing. They are Not professional and wasting time of customers for nothing with their promises. The management doesn't care about customer service and about promises of sales managers. I tried to contact General Manager Greg Rojek to tell him about my horrible experience with his managers, but he didn't care and never replied to any of my 2-3 emails. Not only do they have poor customer service but they DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR TIME!!! I wouldn't recommend this place and would not ever go back, they are a total bait & switch operation, and are a shining example of why people HATE car dealerships. Worst experience at a Lexus dealership ever. Lexus should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this sorry excuse for a dealership.

    i called them looking to make a deal same day. I provided them with some competitive offers for differently equipped ES350's. I never heard back. Sent a follow up email and still nothing. I can respect a company telling me they can't compete but to just blow off a customer is just poor customer service. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS DEALER. Take the 20 min ride into NJ.

  • Not your typical sales experience

    The minute I walked into Lexus of Manhattan, I felt like I was partnered with a Consultant rather than a salesperson. Dariusz Doliwa was extremely knowledgeable about the details of the features of the cars (and trust me, I tested him with all my questions!) and he went above and beyond to get me my car the same day as I needed it fast. The rest of the team there also just made it all happen so efficiently and I didn't feel ever like I was being pushed into buying something I didn't feel comfortable with or for a price that didn't feel right. Quite the opposite - I was consulted. Great, great job.

    I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lexus of manhattan with Fredrick York and the whole team. This was my first time buying a car and after hours of research I felt like I was going to go into a place where I was going to feel pressured and stressed. It was the complete opposite here at Lexus of Manhattan, I loved how everyone was so nice and Fred was great, talked to me as if i was a friend and not a customer. I loved that he answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable way and was very patient and nice. Thank you so much for making my experience awesome!!

    We decided to lease our second Lexus RX350 because we were so pleased with the car and the service we received. The car is comfortable, has great safety features and we had no problems whatsoever. We highly recommend the vehicle and this dealership.

  • Bad Experience!

    Purchased used RX350. Overall dealings with this sales person were unpleasant. Did not do work on the car that was promised. At the pick up car still had chips and scratches that were supposed to be painted. Sales gave lame excuses. But the worst part, they stole cargo cover and power outlet cover. Both was their when I purchased the car, but were missing at the delivery. Again, denial of the facts and lame explanations that car came like that.
