My wife and I are probably two of the most picky and most nervous automobile purchasers known to man! We?ve been… to countless dealerships across western New York in the past month and we have to say that you have the best personalities working for your dealership. Everyone was polite, patient, and never once did we feel pressured into any decision making. From the moment we called to make the appointment, I could tell right away that we were going to like our experience visiting your dealership whether we bought a vehicle or not! It started with John who answered the phone before business hours, and continued on with Derek the salesman who called me back about my inquiries. We set up an appointment to take a look at two used vehicles for the next day, Saturday, at 9am. As we pulled up to your dealership, Derek was warming up both trucks so they were ready for a test drive. Throughout the next few hours he was honest, patient, and completely personable. Which all led to us finally making the decision to purchase our new to us dream truck! It also must be noted that your finance manager found us a decent rate for our term that we agreed to, then he found us an even better rate and adjusted our paperwork to meet the new rate. Hartway, we truly enjoyed this whole process. We know that Derek has only worked with you for a month or so, but you must know that he was one of the best automobile salesman that we?ve ever dealt with. }Fantastic Service

So we took the 40 mile drive… and it was well worth it. Kip helped us with the sales, and he is fantastic! We left there with a beautiful 07 Chevy impala LT. We liked this dealership so much I recommended to my mom who was looking to trade her 10 yr old Honda, Just 2 weeks after getting our car I took my mom out to Kip and all in same day we were driving home in a beautiful brand new Chevy Cruze! Everyone at dealership is super friendly, there were no hassles, and everything runs smoothly, and they explain paperwork in detail step by step so you understand fully. I have never in my life seen or dealt with a dealership this nice! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE GOING BACK AFTER CAR IS PIF FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE!
