Terrible Condition
by Frustrated on 11/12/2024I recently went to purchase a 450 GSL. I specifically asked the sales associate to ensure it was in excellent condition before I traveled 90 minutes to the dealership. I was told some surface scratches on the front bumper would be resolved.… After sitting in traffic, I arrived at the dealership and found the vehicle with numerous dents, scratches, and a hole in the driver's seat. I was misled by this dealership. Shame on you.Your experience sounds incredibly frustrating, and I apologize for any miscommunication regarding the vehicle's condition. A Nightmare Experience
by Eric on 10/28/2023I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frankly shocking encounter with the sales manager, Matt Fattah, at Silver Star Mercedes dealership. My attempt at engaging in a simple conversation with him turned into a nightmare that I never… expected from a reputed dealership. From the very start, it was clear that Mr. Fattah lacked even the most basic understanding of professionalism. During our conversation, he repeatedly accused me of speaking over him, which I found incredibly ironic considering he was the one constantly interrupting and talking over me. His audacity reached new heights when he suggested that I should explore other dealerships, essentially questioning why I would choose his dealership. It's baffling how a sales manager could actively drive away potential customers with such disregard. I commend the efforts of the salesperson, Jason Gu, who attempted to salvage the situation and maintain a semblance of professionalism. However, Mr. Fattah's behavior was beyond redemption. Instead of handling the situation maturely, he resorted to incessant screaming and yelling on the phone, making any meaningful communication impossible. This type of uncontrolled aggression is not only unbecoming of a sales manager but is also indicative of a complete lack of respect for customers. What astounded me most was the fact that I never insisted that they sell me the car at a specific price. Any reasonable customer understands that negotiations are part of the process. If the dealership couldn’t honor my offer, a polite decline would have sufficed. Instead, I was met with an appalling lack of professionalism and respect, leaving me utterly dismayed. My experience at Silver Star Mercedes dealership, thanks to Mr. Fattah, was nothing short of a disaster. The complete absence of customer service, coupled with Mr. Fattah's belligerent attitude, has left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a harrowing experience. The blatant disregard for basic customer respect and the shocking behavior of the sales manager make it abundantly clear that Silver Star Mercedes is not a dealership worthy of anyone's time or money.Eric, I'm really sorry to read about your experience. Great experience

He also made sure to call and followed up with me. The crew were all… pleasant. This is my second time having service with Silver Star Motors and I highly recommend this place. I will surely come back to this place. Thank you. On 09/05/2023, I had an appointment for NYS inspection and was glad to be assigned by Mr. Homero Susana. He took care of everything. Always a smooth transaction with him. It was maybe my fourth time working with Homer and always a smooth free. When I picked my car, he saw me coming in from outside and he ran to the front desk before I can even enter and took care of me. Homer needs a promotion. I hope whoever his supervisors are can read this and know how dedicated he is to his clients. Hundred percent recommend Homer as your advisor. Always great working with you.
