Rich McDonaugh had a… wealth of knowledge regarding the Land Rover company, the Evoque, competitors, inventory, and lease info/numbers which all made my decision to go forward with Land Rover extremely effortless, pleasant, and clear. I would like to emphasize that as a young working woman I have felt disrespected in similar car sales negotiations, however Rich McDonaugh treated me with the highest respect and professionalism that I could imagine.
