Starting with Danny in sales followed by Robert in finance & docs. I entrusted JLR Glencove with a multi vehicle purchase that required Danny in sale to get the owner, Michael, involved to insure that my requests became reality. I can’t express enough gratitude to watch the owner roll up his sleeves and personally work the phones until every build was allocated and confirmed. I then asked Danny cruise how much is this vehicle out the door .this is the price your tax and… few small changes that it. Anthony was communicating with me throughout the waiting period until the vehicle arrived at the dealership. He gave me multiple… finance options and was always available to answer questions. Unfortunately, the vehicle was slightly damaged during the transport and the dealership offered to fix the minor issue at my convenience.
