Advertising are cheating price
by Shopno on 10/09/2024The advertising price $18000. When I spoke to them over the phone they said the price is negotiable. When I been there after 1.5 hours driving & filling up the form they bring me the price around $25000. I said your price $18000 - $5000… down payment will be = $13000. They said no $18000+down payment $4999+ $2999 dealer fee= total price then added taxes & others fees. Then I left from there & drive back another 1.5 hours. My advice please no one go there. They’re cheating. They show the terms and conditions……….No on-line business
by Roc TALLEY on 08/10/2024The dealership refuse to take my on line offer. They have a weird policy that you have to make all offer in person. So, I tried to get them to hold the car and they refuse that also. The said it was a first come -first serve basic. So , the… risk would be very high for me to fly up there and the car still be there. Secondly, I requested to speak to the sale manager, They said that she was very busy but will call me back. Never got that call.The advertised price is a lie
by Sad dreamer on 06/29/2024I drove 45 minutes to get there. They showed me the car, and I was able to examine it. All the time they kept telling me that the price on the website was the selling price. I offered a down payment and added trade in. After filling… finance forms, they told me to bring the trade in vehicle the next day to complete the sale. I drove 45 minutes back home. The next day drove another 45 minutes to bring the trade in vehicle. The salesman brought all the paperwork to the desk and dropped the hammer. He said the advertised price of the vehicle was the balance left after a down payment of $5000 plus dealer fees, plus vehicle preparation, detailing , and other stuff. The final price to drive the vehicle out was close to $9000 higher than the advertised price. I felt cheated and lied to. I walked out and drove for another 45 minutes back home with nothing. They never tell you that the advertised price is the balance after a humongous down payment. Wasted two days and lots of gas. Don't go there. You will save yourself a big headache
