    I was there early and it did not take very long for my oil and tire change. Very timely. I like the fact that you wash my car too!

    It was easy to make a service appointment. Staff were very friendly upon arrival. Driver/shuttle was easy and got me to workplace in a timely way.

    Joe Latona was friendly and worked to find a agreeable price with Keith. I watched as Joe rushed around to get all paper work in order. He is a fine representative for your sales team.

    After getting called by your dealership to see if I was still interested, I told them yes I'm in my way and when I got to your dealership the car was parked right out front. We were greeted very quickly and it was a very pleasant experience throughout.

    Pleasant staff, opened the door for me. Everyone knows their role. Business is bright, clean. Waiting area awesome with tv, comfortable chairs and refreshments.

    Tom Horohoe was SO great and VERY helpful. He really went above and beyond all of my expectations. He really took the time to show me some of the great features of the car I ended up getting. Such a kind, polite person who really showed me that not all sales people are the same.

    I found you employees to be very courteous and friendly. Your service department was quite thorough and through their thoroughness, I wound up spending quite more than what I expected to spend.

    I got an oil change, tire rotation and car wash in less than 35 minutes. Very pleased with my service.

    It was amazing. My salesman and accessory manager was absolutely great. Finance at basil is the best in the business. Everyone made me feel like I was the only guy there. Even thow the showroom was packed. I'm on my 5th new chevy. Basil is by far the best car lot I have bought from. I'll only go there from now on. I can't thank these guys enough. I now drive my dream truck. Thank you.

    well since this is not for the faint at heart. we purchased a 2012 traverse last year and not told all the facts. we wenht to trade it in on a new silverodo when we found out about the issues. first and formost that the vehicle was invovled in an accident which airbags were deployed. we were not told of this at the time we purchased it. this was suppose to be in writing.and of coarse now i have toi jump through and do alot of research on my rights. and yes i have the proof that says i am suppose to have this in writing. was also told that the company that was financing would not give use the loan with us purchasing an extended warranty.well now a major problem of a waste of money. i have called the warranty company and ask them if i had a problem of such and such would it be covered and of coarse what answer i got was a shock. the answer was it was from the accident. vey unhappy with this needless to say.so there goes 2000 down the drain for the warranty.

    Sales manager and my salesman were both very pleasant and professional to deal with. By far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Keep up the good work.

    Many people like myself don't like to go the car dealers from past experience of having a salesperson that is not friendly, only wants to sell a car, and make a commission, and doesn't listen to what the customer wants. Well let me say my experience was a very positive one, for sale person, Mr. Trevor wasn't like the people I have met in other dealerships. He took the time to listen as to how much I could afford, what car I was thinking of leasing, and how what the payments would be. This is how it should be when you walk into a dealership and have to worry if your getting a good deal and the person cares enough to help you out.

    My car has a interlock device so therefore it makes it harder for the servicemen . The guy that worked on my car was able to do everything without moving it from place to place . Very pleased with that

    Josh, my salesman answered all my questions thoroughly and showed me all that I requested on the car I selected. explained the Joe Basil warranty. I live an hour away but the shuttle service for shopping during the oil change and complimentary car wash sounded good. I appreciated that all the cars on the lot passed a thorough test. I was made comfortable w refreshments during my loan application, which did not take long.

    Being able to take the vehicles for test drives alive is huge. It gives me a much better opportunity to try vehicle out without pressure.

    Honest about time work take and offered to and from shuttle. Service desk (Dan) was helpful with recommendation which I opted for.
