Red flag! Terrible! Stay away!
by CH on 01/29/2025I worked online with two different sales people, and we agreed on a price after a week. When I started dealing with Jack from finance, he would not accept the agreed-on price and even said the sales price would be about 2k more if I wanted… to pay cash (which is false advertising), as I was on the fence of how to pay. He then sent me purchase paperwork, which had an extended warranted added on of more than 2k, and he said it was required with financing (another lie), plus other charges totaling more than 3k that, he said, he did not need to disclose to me, as I was out of state and the car in New York. They also keep relisting the car to make it look like a new listing (it's been listed since at least November). I finally found another car with a reputable, honest dealer elsewhere.
