A Wing and A Prayer

I met Mr. Wing Lee as my salesman and I immediately trusted Mr. Wing Lee. I later Mr. Dwayne Small and he too was… supportive and knowledgeable as it pertained to my budget needs. Both men were patient and answered all of my concerns. Their actions/behavior made me very comfortable. I emailed them after I got home at 10 pm after my transaction and Mr. Wing Lee responded promptly. This made me feel at ease and respected. When I wasn’t clear on a financial matter, Mr. Dwayne Small broke it down helping me make connections for my understanding. Mr. Wing Lee was very helpful and attentive to all my needs to the very last minute. The team helped me stay within my budget, put me in a really nice vehicle, and provided great incentives and I will remain a loyal customer. It was a pleasant experience. Usually when buying a car it would feel very pressured but not at Empire Nissan. It… was a relaxing experience with Lei and Reggie their sales manager.
