    Staff was quick, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I traveled from Queens to Brooklyn just to deal with them directly even though there in an Acura dealership much closer to me

    They made things happen for me. They didn't hesitate about picking up the remaining payments on my leased vehicle.I'll be a repeat customer. I'll refer my associates that want an Acura to Brooklyn Acura

    purchased an Acura MDX from sale rep woody. he doesn't keep his word and he kept giving me the run around to pick up my vehicle. he told me to come pick up my car at 2pm. when i got there he told me car wasn't ready. I made it clear to him i'm press with time due to my work hrs. He never gave me a call at all to give me the heads up this have been going on for 3 days. Manager is aware of what's going on but all he keep saying is i'm sorry. very unprofessional.

    I have been a long term Acura customer and was looking for my 4th MDX after my dealer in Manhattan closed. I went to the one closest to my house and got a very standard offer, which I found disappointing after all my loyalty letters from Acura. I decided to call Brooklyn, and spoke to Gary who gave me a much better deal off the bat. He and Ewa worked hard to find the model I wanted, AWD w/tech, and succeeded, and at an even better price! The car was delivered to my house the day my lease expired and Gary was super helpful through it all. The cargo cover wasn't available, but was installed within a week by the helpful crew in the service department. Great experience all the way around.

    emailed Acura of Brooklyn for a lease price quote on a 2011 MDX Tech Package, the next day I get a call from Carl (internet sales manager there) ,,, we spoke about the amount that I wanted to stay around, and agreed on turning in my current 08 pilot (with 3 months left on my lease) without any penalties or out of pocket expenses..Carl told me that he would get me a deal where I would stay around $400 a month for 36 months...I knew this was too good to be true but went to the dealer anyways.. I got to the dealership in Brooklyn ( I live in Flushing) and "Carl" is nowhere to be found...I get stuck with Tai Mui who tells me that the conversation that I had with Carl was about a TSX and not a MDX and that my monthly payment would be $689 a month...I tried to tell Tai that on the Acura's website there is a special of the vehicle I wanted for $630 a month with no money down... he refused to even acknowledge the online special. I finally got a hold of Carl on my phone, he admitted to the price we discussed earlier and asked me to wait for him to speak to Tai about this issue and said he would call me back in a few minutes... 3 hours later I'm still waiting for his call. Carl's dishonesty cost me time and money. The bad experience with this dealership has no comparison. I was lied to and treated as I was begging for their attention. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. They are only interested in taking as much money as they can from your pocket. You would think they've want to create a relationship with customers so we stay loyal to them, but not Acura of Brooklyn !!!! you guys are Horrible.
    • I went to Acura in Brooklyn (Nostrand Avenue) and leased a 2013 Acura iLX. I was very pleased with everyone involved. The salesman, Anthony Franco, went out of his way to get me the vehicle of my choice because I had a specific color combination and was not settling for anything else. He spent the entire day making sure that I had what I asked for. The business manager, Asad Basha, was also very accommodating. I was given a fair amount onmy trade-in and my monthly payments were where I needed them to be. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. I drove away a very satisfied customer.

    I bought the 2014 SUV Acura RDX AWD with tech package about a week and half ago at Acura of Brooklyn. I was greatly satisfied with the overall experience including the sales associates - Martin and Peyton, after which the product specialist Wendy and Heather gave me a patient and detail demo of the great functions and features of my purchase. I must also give a kudos to the SMART payment program I was introduced to (I understood Wendy is the brainchild behind this) which now allows me to complete overall payment payoff time by 7 months vs the original payoff time.

    I asked for an online quote though Edmunds and all I got were calls to come into the dealership. They refused to give me a quote online or over the phone. Definitely avoid this dealership.

    I just bought a car from them, my salesman was Carlos and I dealt with Val. They always returned my phone calls. They beat every price I could find on an Acura RDX AWD. Most dealers told me they wouldnt sell me a car that low...and in the end they were very professional and I'd buy again from them

    Rex was super informative when it came to helping me get into my 2013 Acura ILX. He was patient and let me get a good feel for the car with a thorough test-drive. He explained all the features and helped me weigh the pros and cons of the different ILX packages. This was my first time buying Acura, as well as leasing, and I am really satisfied.
