Bait and Switch! Scam! Run Away!
by Joe Smith on 04/28/2024DO NOT GO! Bait and switch. Drove 2+ hours with my pregnant wife to the dealership. Confirmed TWICE on the ride there that the car was still available with Jasmin. Magically, it is gone when we get there. The car had been "on the lot"… for 4.5 months(!) and somehow vaporized when we got there. In classic fashion, the manager comes out to try and give me a deal on a bunch of other cars that have higher mileage, higher price, accidents, etc... Side note but the place is a dump. Bathroom door is broken metal and scratches the floor. Outlets are broken. People smoking weed in the back lot. Stay away.Waste of my time

After I explained I would want my personal mechanic to check out any car I was purchasing, he said stand by and never came back. When I went out… the door to leave, he was just chatting with other employees. I guess he felt it wouldn't be a quick enough sale for him. Wow, unprofessional and ghetto and I drove from Queens for this.really waste of time
by cann on 09/26/2023We waited for 3 hours to meet with the finance department for the car we liked. In the end they wanted about 8000$ extra over the list price on their website which seemed to be fair. Total waste of time do not go to look for a car.Run far away from their hook and sinker ads

Not very customer oriented so don't waste your time especially when they tell you in advance with a confirmed appointment that vehicle advertise… is available...It's not available...sad that the dealer has several sister dealerships in long Island also to scam the masses...run and do your due diligence. Good luck with better deslerships.Same thing happened to me. Bait and switch.

The ONLY reason I even went in the place is because they’re an MCU approved dealership. Now I’m giving MCU the side-eye. Unnecessary and unwanted services,… add-ons and “fees” increased the advertised sales price exponentially. Shame! GOD is watching…Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent visit. by LD Boss on 08/13/2022Very curious to know if all these 5-star reviews were left by real customers. LOL. You need to keep an eye open while signing a sale contract in this "dealership" otherwise, you are walking out of there with a huge debt. They would add all… sorts of things you don't need to your contract and claim it can't be removed. First off, a $43,895 car turned out to be $45,895 after "dealer fees" As a result, the sales taxes were almost $5000 and then, it went down the hill from there: "Mandatory" tire and wheels: $3498 "Mandatory" Prepaid maintenance: $1295 "Mandatory" Premier defense: $2198 (I still received a car full of scratches) "Mandatory" Car wash: $599.(1 wash a month for 6 months. SMH!) As you can see, almost $8000 of nonsense added to the balance and you just feel robbed! Even their own documents state that these add-ons are not required to purchase a vehicle but they would still tell you that it's part of the package and can't be removed. The car is making all sorts of noise and the headlight is always full of water. when you call their service department, it goes straight to voicemail, and nobody calls you back. With so much service fees added to a car sale, you would think their service department would be calling you to check on your car. Bottom line is: be aware of these so-called "dealerships". Nobody else in NYC tries to sneak so many fees into you contract. Consumer protection should be investigating these malicious practices.Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent visit. by Pree Maldonado on 06/02/2022BEWARE!! Bought a BMW328i and the engine started making flapping/clicking noise while driving home from the dealership!! Brought it right back for them to fix it.. It’s been two weeks since I bought the car “on paper” but still haven’t… gotten it. The manager was rude and dismissive. Told me it’s a “used car” and there is no return policy and he can’t help me! Said he won’t give me my money back until/unless a Judge orders him to! I’m stuck with over $22000 car loan and no physical car. Going to court for this mess.Love my car

by Kevin D on 02/16/2020My Review That was posted before this wasn't my doing Starvos ( Manager that u see in the video above ) filled out tthe survey after asking me for my phone to do something for the bank if anyone knows me i don't sepak nor write the way that… on that he did on that review Honeslty I'm very unhappy and frustrated with the back and forth all i asked before the paperwork and after the paperwork was sign that whatever we agreed on would be meet and it simply hasn't been meet i purchase this vehicle Feb 3 2020 i came into your establishment at around 12 noon with my girlfriend i didnt leave or sign anything until after 5pm when i advised my salesmen Chris Allen that i have to be at work at a certain time and it still ran over into me being late for work 1st off when i asked to test drive the car it was in the very back with all the other trade ins and repo cars that was in the back i didn't notice any tire problems from then until Mr Allen Drove the car out before test drive i saw condensation in the left head light the tires where low especially the right rear and right front tire and the left rear tire was flat I asked would this be changed he told me yes the serivce department would take care of it I said okay no problem ( only 1 tire was changed 2 tires has still slow leaks since feb 3 ) 2nd the scratches I asked about these before and after paperwork was signed i was told that it would taken out still hasn't been done 3rd when i asked why wasnt i able to see another vehicle Starvos told me this is what you can get ( bullcrap the bank said there was 3 different cars i could of gotten into on there lot was only shown 1 not fair to weigh my options and back me into a corner) 4th ive taken this car to the shop to many times to your service department yesterday i called to speak to Chris( Owner Of Victory) your rep Nicole hung up on the phone on me giggling 2x i walk over to the smaller building to talk to a whoever was in charge a manager owner someone who ever at that point i was very frustrated your people hung up the phone im gonna be in the serivce department all day yet again I've called out of work just to make sure this car in proper condition still isn't I'm getting the run around and this and that the car is fine but im back here again at the serivce center. 5th i brought my car in service only 1 tire was replace and 2 tire still leak since i bought the car its making a whole bunch of nosie especially when i put my foot on the brakes my head lights have condensation in them plus starvos made me uncomfortable he took my car out of the shop and told me to take him to court becuase i walked over to the across the street to speak to someone ( i was offer a seat buy someone sitting at there desk im alreadt frustrated and not in the mood because again the passing the buck crap they felt i was aggressive and threatening bullcrap) after the serivce manager told me i have to purchase tires what the hell is that plus Starvos took my car out the shop he told me if i left my car there he was calling the bank to say i abandon the car which would default on the loan mess up my credit i have him on recording especially the one when he call my girl i just want 2 new tires and my headlights replace and figure out what my car is making the nosie that it is simple very simple. #NEVERAGAIN Im Contacting #News12Bx #Mitsubishicorporation #BetterBusinessBureau#ConsumerAffairs Also I'm Reaching out to all 3 credit credit bureaus to make sure me and my girlfriend information is proctected just incase due to the threat Starvo had to say we gave the dealership we dont trust them any more.

Trying to figure out why a low mile m340 2020 was being sold 9 k under value with 18 k miles and I year on the factory warranty you review makes sense that it is a come on bait and switch if this was a BMW dealer Munich would pull the dealership
