Lia has a great staff. Great, up to date show room and a steady flow of cars in all price ranges to fit the consumer need. John Landry, the salesman who helped me was bright, friendly, helpful and courteous. Great experience!

I want to say that my dealings with this Honda Service Center have always been very good, until I dealt with Kevin Feldman. Then my dealings went from very good to exceptional. Kevin suggested certain service items and then explained how they would be important to consider. He is very knowledgeable about cars, and particularly Hondas. He is not pushy and just provides the information in a matter-of-fact way. You walk away know-ing your car is in excellent shape and feeling like you want to deal with Kevin many more times in the future. Thank you.

My family has been purchasing and servicing cars at Lia Honda in Brewster for over 20 years. Everyone is extremely kind and knowledgable, and now knows our family by name. We always check our cars in for service with Kira Bueti and she is simply the best. She is efficient and honest in what needs to be taken care of. Any services we have had are completed in a timely manner and our cars are returned to us in excellent condition.

From Irene, (internet sales) John Laundry (sales rep extraordinaire) and Corey (financial manager) each of them are highly skilled at their jobs. Besides stating the obvious that know their product, what makes them stand out and apart from others, is their interpersonal skills - they took me through the whole process with such professionalism that it was a real pleasure doing business together. I unhesitatingly recommend Lia Honda to family and friends.

Kira Bueti at Lia Honda in Brewster NY was great to work with as is the whole team there. She Was able to set me up for a major service with very short notice. The vehicle was there for 2 days as planned with no surprises. The work done was top notch as always. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for honest people to work with. beware! [non-permissible content removed] that will try to scam you

Highly do not recommend this place. Just another sketchy dealership full of [non-permissible content removed]. We went to pick up a car everything was taken care of and ready to go and as they handed us a pen to sign the papers oh by the way the car isn’t actually certified and if you want it certified it’s gonna cost a few thousands dollars to replace “aftermarket” pieces that magically appeared day of signing that none of their employees were able to identify for however long the car was there and the week process of us purchasing it? Riiight. The car was listed as certified preowned on their website, one of the managers stated when they receive cars they automatically list them as certified “while in the process of being certified before they know if it can be certified or not” so watch out for their false advertising. Just a bunch of bs, the car was certified based on miles, year and advertised on the their Honda website. Too good to be true to deal with honest straightforward people, they just had to try to scam us out of a few thousand dollars. And of course when we said we didn’t want it anymore they changed their tune at the last second and said we could have it certified for the original price and followed us out to our car begging to offer something to change our minds. Don’t waste your time here. Misleading, untrustworthy, and will obviously try to take advantage if they think you’re an idiot, desperate, or won’t stand up for yourself.
