From my salesperson to the finance staff, every aspect of the sales process flowed smoothly and efficiently. This vehicle had everything I was looking… for so when we actually rec'd an email from Tim, our salesman regarding a Black Friday sale we laughed and made a appt to go down for a test drive. We purchased that night and picked up the next day. All was a pleasant experience - sales, financing was involved this time and delivery. The Internet descriptions & photos of two possible 2013 Chrysler… Minivans were enticing enough to make the 60 mile drive to the dealership to see for myself. One vehicle in particular came with an impressive set of options, while this vehicle fortunately lacked some of the little dings/dents and interior flaws that we had come to expect from viewing city driving used cars. My wife and I decided to make an offer that same day, and we arrived at a reasonable allowance for our Trade-in without a high pressure negotiation experience. Six days later we picked up the car on our schedule, all details were handled efficiently, and we are now settling in with our new wheels.
