Saturday at lia hyandai
by Beth on 09/25/2022I had an appointment for service on my car at 11am Saturday and I was quickly acknowledged when I walked in by Jocelyn and asked why I was there. She directed me yo the service waiting area where Shane Dobert helped check me in right away.… I needed new batteries for 2 key fobs which was no problem . The price was very reasonable! My car was ready within 1 1/2 hours as promised by Shane. Overall, the time went quick in the comfortable waiting area. Many thanks to Mr. Timothy Frank who assisted me and servicing my vehicle. He was able to identify to… me that due to an identified bad engine part is what caused my vehicle to lose its engine power. (*NOTE* Item was also covered by Hyundai Waranty). I am truly grateful for Albany Lia Hyundai of going out there way to assist me and keep family safe when I needed them most. Again, a BIG special thanks to you Timothy Frank!!James, Thank you so much for your positive review! We are so glad that Timothy took great care of you. Laura Traudt and the Lia’s Hyundai Service Crew were able to diagnose, obtain approval for a new engine (at no cost to me), and install the engine by the time my… appointment was originally booked.
