2022 Santa Fe PHEV Limited

I contacted many dealers before finding Lia Hyundai in Albany, NY. The salesperson,… Anthony Blancha, answered my questions during the initial call, and I put down a deposit the next day. He remained in touch consistently until the vehicle was ready, and picked us up at our hotel after we flew into town. Within an hour, we completed all the requisite paperwork, got introduced to our vehicle, and were on the road home. Throughout the process, Anthony was prompt, professional, and courteous. Yesterday my service person was Brian Secord. It's always a pleasant experience. He… pointed out that my inspection was due, and a noise in my steering wheel that has part recall. He was also kind enough to wash my car.June, Thank you so much for your amazing review! An honest dealership

Not only did they have the car I was looking for, their sales staff was amazing to deal with and we… arrived at a price I was happy with. In particular, Karen Kingsley was incredible to work with and made the whole experience an enjoyable one -- I would go back to her in a heartbeat and will 100% recommend her to friends and family. She was honest and genuine, something I rarely saw in my two months searching for a car.
