by ljco on 05/29/2025We went to the dealership as walk-in, but ended up leaving the place with car keys. All in one day! What supposed to be just an inquiry turned to be our best decision to date. Mike, who attended to us, was so accommodating. He knows how to… match what you need without pushing—laying out the best options you can get. He assissted us from start to the end, even showed us that Hyundai key fobs are actually Hyundai logo which is pretty cool! Everything was taken care of from start to finish, dmv papers, assistance on getting an auto insurance, and options on practical ad-ons. Great people, great manager, great options and services. A lot of thanks to Jeff, and of course, to Mike—a great guy who's doing a really great job!Michael Zanchelli is an amazing Lia Hyundai sales representative!!!

My recent service was for scheduled maintenance and everything was smoothly handled by service advisor Michael… Carpenter. He made sure everything I requested was done and explained to me a few addition things that were recommended based on my vehicle's mileage. I need to count on my vehicle running smoothly. That's why I count on Michael and the others to do their best to make that happen.George, thank you for telling us why you like working with Michael! We are more than happy with the professional service we received from Cassandra and her team. A week after we set up this… lease, my wife was involved in an accident where the vehicle had to be totaled out. Luckily, as it seems, insurance has covered everything, and everyone involved was not injured. The following week we were back at Lia Hyundai to get yet another Hyundai Palisade (this time we went with white). We are very satisfied with the vehicle and the service we received both times. I found it hard to find such excellent care until I took my car to Lia Hyundai in Albany. I was so lucky to be met with the most… professional and friendly manner in the person of John King. (Mr. King was the representative that helped me.) He listens to one’s needs and finds a way to help one. Ge goes the extra mile. He always greets one with a smile. Although, other workers have been rude, I return to this dealership because Mr king’s excellent service and manners. Within a matter of seconds on the phone I felt like I knew him for years. No pressure, interested in my needs and… wants. He invited me to come to the dealership at my convenience. I already knew what car I wanted on the lot before I got there. When I arrived Claudio had the car out front and warming up for me. He let me test drive it by myself, within 30 min after I got back we had made a deal. Shortly after that I drove my new Palisade Calligraphy home. Claudio Montano Is the gold standard of excellence for Lia Hyundai!! No pressure, no hours of back and forth to the boss. Painless stress free experience …..I forgot to mention how he took his time with all the features, controls.
