Mark Martinez was a straight forward salesman and didn’t make me jump through hoops to get a good price for a new ram 2500. I contacted dealers from Lubbock, Amarillo,… Portales, Clovis, Roswell, and finally Lithia in Santa Fe. If they had a truck that fit my needs, they put bologna fees or add-ons that you couldn’t remove like mandatory protection plans. Lithia of Santa Fe deserves a look if you’re looking for your next vehicle.Unbelievable Experience!
by ELopez on 08/07/2022Met with Mark Naranjo to test drive a Jeep Mojave. Told him that it was significantly low on gas. We then had to drive to a gas station and sat at the pump for 20 minutes waiting for Mark to return to the vehicle. At that point we had… decided we would rather test drive a Willy’s. He was instant that we continue our test drive with the Mojave, without filling up with gas, so we did. On our return back to the dealership, we ran out of gas! A quarter of a mile away from the dealership Mark says to leave the vehicle and that we’ll walk back to the dealership. As we’re walking back, uphill, he starts asking about credit scores. Then flat out tells us that because of our scores that we will not qualify for a loan at all (credit score not that terrible!). This was an extremely uncomfortable situation and could’ve been completely avoidable. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone!19 Jeep

They had the car ready to go for me since I drove from Albuquerque, knew what I wanted and kept all the advertised discounts. Crystal Baca did a… phenomenal job at showing me the vehicle, going through the contract draft and I was overall very satisfied with everything. by schofield1956 on 10/19/2009Went to get information about the future purchase of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The new salesperson met me outside while I was looking around. Bless her heart, but she had only been selling for four days. The "seasoned" salesman came… out and I told him I was looking for a "new" 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. He directed me and the new salesperson to a used 2007 and left us. When we returned to the dealership from the test drive the "seasoned" salesman ignored us. The sales manager told me to buy the used Jeep, even though I had already told them I wanted new. Sales manager told me that Jeep production had been stopped and that I had better get one before they were gone. (Production has only been suspended while parts supply issue is taken care of.) THEN, and only then, did they show me a new 2010 model of the Sahara. Why didn't they take me to the new one right away? Why was I not allowed a test drive of the new one? Their inventory was very limited - except for the Wrangler Unlimited models. They had no new brochures for the 2010 models. Just got the feeling that they were not interested in my as a customer. Will probably make the purchase from a dealership outside of Santa Fe.
