Tried to tell us our car needed a “rear transmission” which a GMC Acadia doesn’t even have. Said the “master mechanic… technician” looked at it only to find out the manager of the store is the one who drove the car. Lied and wasted our time after we drove all the way here from Albuquerque after being told we were approved and good to go.
