Tried to sell me a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with problems!
by Anonymous on 05/29/2021They tried to make it sound like I was an idiot! I had planned to purchase a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, it had the (Technology Package) this comes with LaneSense. As I had test drove and spoke with the sellers they said that all was… functioning. I perched it then kept taking it back insisting they fix issues I discovered as I had it for 8 days. I reviewed various sources and discovered that LaneSense was in fact not functioning. I found that it could cost as much as $5,300.00 to fix. I called the dealership and took it in every day since purchase to have them repair the issues I discovered. They fixed most with a new battery. But refused to look at the LaneSense. They then said that they will not repair this. "We will not fix this issue you can buy are extended warranty then we might look in to this ". They insisted that it was not present, and wouldn't even look at the inside of the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk so I could show them, I even offered to let them drive it. So I had to file with the Attorney General's Office. After the dealership started calling me. They said "We looked at the window sticker and find nothing about LaneSense how do you believe that it has it?" I told them "Because it has a fiscal button to activate it and when pressed it will show what state it is in on the dashboard, as well as being able to select it on the dashboard you can use the Uconnect systems in the center display as well as having the (Technology Package that specifically said that it has LaneSense) ". They then said that they will look into it. And then I received a call in 5 minutes from the sells manager that they are going to unwind the deal please return the Jeep! So I did!Very satisfied customer
by Dustin M on 05/12/2021Frank (sales rep) and Allan (financing) were very easy to work with. My credit isn’t the best (not the worst either) and my initial approval came with a 22% interest rate. Allan refused to accept that answer and spent several days working… with the banks to get me a lower rate. Instead of just accepting an easy deal Allan worked tirelessly to get me to 8% and I’m truly grateful for that. Frank was willing to show me any vehicle that I wanted and even after we decided on a truck and got it approved his willingness to continue to show me others without making me feel like it was a waste of time meant the world. Frank did not try to push me into a sale but rather encouraged me to get something I would be happy driving and not settle. I truly appreciate his patience. I would highly recommend anyone to work with frank and Allan. I know I will when I trade in this truck.Rich Fprd of

We brought this to the attention of our salesman who assured us that he… would get us a replacement. Worst experience ever buyers beware
by JTavarez on 04/17/2019I would not trust this dealership at all I purchased a 2015 corvette from the used car department from salesman Patrick. The buying process was quick and easy I did everything that was asked of me and the car was delivered to me in Texas.… So after driving the car I notice the car would swing left and right on the highway so bad I almost lost control. I let Patrick know and Jimmy from finance know about the issue. I knew that the deal was not finalized because I had called the bank and they told me that the deal is not done until Jimmy sends them the paper work so I called Jimmy and explained my the situation told him not to process my deal. I got the run around from Patrick and Jimmy till the deal was finalized. Finally there used car manager Mr. Robinson finally contacted me and I shared proof from a reputable shop that stated clearly on the paperwork that it had one of the worst alignments they had ever seen. Clearly they don't look over there vehicle trade ins and just put them out on the lot. I'm out over a thousand dollars on just repairs just to get the car running safe all Rich Ford offered to pay was $150. These people are [non-permissible content removed] and don't care about there customers there just out to make a quick buck.Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Seemless Experience

Though it was a factory order, when I let them know I was in the market for one they were able to find it for me within an hour from another dealer and have… it on their lot and ready for me to pick up two days later. The sales experience with Jeff Trujillo was easy and Justin the manager helped facilitate the acquisition of the car. Financing was easy, too. I cannot say enough about how the entire operation there felt seamless and everyone wanted to ensure I was a happy customer.
