by barryarigo on 10/19/2015We purchased a 2016 mazda cx-5 from wayne mazda. All of the sales people we came in contact with were gracious and informative. No question went unanswered. The Finance officer was not pushy like some dealers are. Omar, our initial… salesperson, was gracious and answered our questions promptly, and if he didn't no the answer, he consulted with someone. I would recommend this dealer to others.Peter is awesome

He answered all our questions and was very knowledgable on the vehicles. He worked within our… budget and made us feel very comfortable. Everything went smoothly and every gentleman from each department reassured us they were going to get us to take a vehicle home today. We have been to many dealerships and I'm not exaggerating when i say this is the best dealership and BEST decision we could have made! by Purpledevil on 10/02/2015I'm writing this review to tell everyone about my experience with Wayne Mazda. From the start, it was the best. I parked, walked to the door with my 20 year veteran family mechanic, and got greeted by a tall, built guy named Omar Alkhalaf.… I told him I needed some time to look around the huge lot first and that I would find him if I had questions. After some time of distinguishing which vehicle I was most interested in, I walked inside to find Omar. I then got greeted by an older gentleman who asked if I needed assistance, but I refused his offer since Omar had already greeted me first outside. When I found Omar, I told him the stock number of the car, he got the keys, and we went outside so I can perform a better inspection of the vehicle. As I was looking at the car, I asked questions, which Omar immediately answered, showing his knowledge of the vehicle. I then asked to take a test drive of the vehicle, and he quickly moved the car out of the parking spot and we were on our way. While on the test drive, we were having a normal every day conversation enjoying each others company and the comfortable ride. When we got back to the dealership, we sat down to talk preliminary numbers. I gave him my information and what I expected to be a reasonable price. After talking for a bit, Omar introduced his Floor Manager, Shawn Memetov to us. He was a nice, professional guy who understood where I was coming from and was willing to help me out to buy this vehicle. After figuring out secondary numbers, I put money down to lock down the car and to lower the finance price. I told him I was in a rush and had to run to work, but that I would be back with my family, so they can check out the car. They completely understood and I was on my way. A few days later, I kept in contact with Omar and we scheduled an appointment when I could see the car with my family. Once we arrived, I introduced my family to Omar and Shawn and they responded with a warm welcoming. We then went outside and showed the car to my family. After inspecting the vehicle, they approved and we went inside. After I scheduled another appointment to close the deal, we left. The next day, I was on the phone all day with insurance companies, the credit union, and Christopher Wells, the Mazda Financer. After I told Chris what my rate was with the credit union, he worked his magic and got me a better deal through their bank. After running to the bank to withdraw more money to put down, I drove over with my father to pick up the car. When we got there, I spoke to Omar, who introduced Chris to us. We then went to Chris' office to sign all the paperwork. As I was signing, I had some questions. Chris was quick to answer and very knowledgeable. But, I told him I was missing one of my family members to help me close the deal, my sister, who used to work at a car dealership and currently works in Financing. So, I had her on the phone through most of the signing so she could hear what Chris was saying and she approved with everything he said, which means he wasn't trying to play the game, like most salesmen would have. I was very happy with the end results of the contract, and signed away. Shortly after, we gave the money to the bookkeeper, and I left happily with my new car. Overall, I was very satisfied, happy, and had a great experience with everyone in that dealership. I definitely recommend everyone to check it out. They have a HUGE lot, so there are a lot of different cars to choose from. They also have a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you out kind of staff, so if you want the BEST service, WAYNE MAZDA, is the place to go!Cx5 lease- AKA: Omar, the best sales associate I know

by fgduarte on 08/21/2015Second Mazda CX5 we lease with Wayne Mazda. Dealing with the sales-team is smooth and easy, no complaints there. I think we got a good deal based on what we were able to do and they worked with us as best they could to make sure we were… satisfied. That's the good part. My complaint, however, is that on both time we leased the car we qualified to receive money back in the form of a check. The 1st time, we qualified for Hurricane Sandy relief and they were supposed to send a $500.00 check, which they did, BUT only after endless calls and complaints for 6 months and it wasn't until I mentioned my lawyer that the check finally came in. Now 2nd time, on the day we got the new lease I was having my old CX5 serviced, the deal was to have the old CX5 returned and they would put me on a new one, however, I had already paid for the service of my old car, so they agreed to reimburse me for it as part of the deal. Again, I did receive the money, BUT only after calling and complaining for 2 months and having to go there myself to get the check. Again, service-wise, sales-wise, deals-wise, great! But if they offer any checks in the mail as part of any deals, beware, it may take 2-6 months, along with several calls! I will definitely work with them again, but in the future, any "checks" I'll just have them include it as part of my down payment.Mazda cx5
