He was a big part of us deciding to fly from TN to NJ to purchase the Navigator. Hayden is an asset to Lincoln of Wayne. After finding my Lincoln MKX on Cars.com I was ready to go and see it and take it for a test… drive. I was very impressed with the customer service at Lincoln at Wayne. Buzz was the one who helped me with the car and was very patient when it came to explaining the features of the vehicle and when it came to filling out the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! I am in love with my Lincoln and I am so lucky that I found a dealership that was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. To be honest, walking into a Lincoln Dealership to purchase a used Ford, I felt a little apprehensive and intimidated, however the staff made me feel right at home from the moment I… walked onto the sales floor. My sales representative, Buzz Giaritta, was extremely courteous and professional, never once making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He didn't need to: the vehicle was not only pristine, it was priced extremely fairly. As a 55 year old adult, I have purchased my share of automobiles throughout my lifetime. It's something I always dread looking forward to and I have hated each and every experience.....with this one exception. My experience at Lincoln of Wayne was exactly how I always wished car buying should be. To be completely honest, if someone is in the market for a vehicle, and wants to be treated fairly and with respect; without being pressured or taken advantage of, then they should absolutely stop in to Lincoln of Wayne and ask to speak to Buzz.Thank you for the great review! I wish the dealerships in Arizona would learn from you how to communicate in a timely fashion with prospective buyers. In this day and age, in a world without borders, anyone anywhere… can be a prospective customer.Omar was great, expedient, and had answers to almost all of my questions. I value the time and effort he put into trying to make the deal happen, and I might still go for it. I'm $2200 away from buying this vehicle from you( compared to the one in Arizona with 4000 less miles), I can justify an extra $1000 because the way Omar treated me and his genuine care.in summary I would love to do business with you again if I had the chance. Keep up the good work, everyone is a vanilla, unless you are topped with a cherry like your dealership.Sami, we appreciate the feedback and are happy everything about your purchase with Omar thus far has been positive.
