Battery issue
by Anita NJ on 12/30/2020I called the service dept. because my check engine light was on and my battery kept dying on my 2018 encore after I got an oil change. The gentleman gave me an appoint for the next morning. In dropped off that morning fo an 8:15 am appt. .… It took them longer than I expected. The problem was my battery and there was no out of pocket cost due to my warranty. It was all worth the wait. Thank youCar Buying Fun

We walked about in 3 hours total and… are very happy with our new vehicle (My Dream Car!) & I have to say that was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I’m one happy customer!!
