by ibudhaien on 01/01/2015Ms Kristy Henry my sales lady was very professional and knowledgeable about the Cadillac, so much that I could not leave without choosing the SRX model. She explained all the cool features and I love it. I will definitely recommend your… establishment to others. I commend the manager mark stango for his helpfulness in processing the sale.great experience

by classicmark on 09/21/2014My wife and I spent three days working with Mark S. - a great guy - on the purchase of a 2015 SRX. We took test drives, selected options, and had a good experience with Mr. S. and also Chris B. We were given a quote on a vehicle that was… in stock. The quote was about $350 above my offer, but the ease with which the deal was progressing resulted in our acceptance of the offer. As far as we were concerned, we were buying the car - cash on the spot. But, unfortunately, it was then that Marc S. got involved. As we were completing the deal, he appeared to take over the sale. The first thing he did was raise the price over $1,000 above what we had negotiated. When I protested, he response was to berate and chastise Mr. S. - in front of my wife and I - claiming that he had mis-priced the car. We found this behavior to be rude and unprofessional, as Mr. S., who had greatly impressed us with, was obviously embarrassed by this public humiliation. And, as it turns out, Mr. S.'s allegation that Mr. S. had forgotten to add in the destination fee was a lie - the $995 was included in both the MSRP as shown on Pine Belt's website AND ALSO WAS INCLUDED in the TruCar suggested price which, for some reason, Mr. S. was stuck on. He didn't seem to care that we had already been given a quote, which we had accepted. Mr. S. was apparently double-dipping on the $995 charge and publicly insulted his staff while doing so. [non-permissible content removed]! Had Mr. S. not become involved, my wife and I would be in a new Cadillac. Instead, we're going back to our Lexus dealer. We wanted to "Buy American" this time around, but Mr. S. blew it - big time. Not only are we going to forego the Cadillac, we will share our experience with anyone contemplating the purchase of a car with Pine Belt Cadillac. S. - A+, B. - B+, S. - F (a miserable failure who cost the dealership a definite sale.)First off let me say I am very sorry to hear about your experience at Pine Belt Cadillac. My name is Martin and I am with the management team over at Pine Belt Automotive. If there is anything that I can do for you, please give me a call direct on my personal cell which is 732-406-1352.
The worst car buying experience ever
by kwilliams925 on 12/14/2009the salesman was [violative content deleted] and did not follow through with the promises that were made. weeks after the purchase i returned to try and resolve the concerns and i was verbally attacked by the salesman, finance manager and… general manager. in addition, my husband was called a liar by the general manager who claimed he spoke directly to my husband. he, in fact, did not. and i am still trying to get my issues addressed by going through nissan consumer affairs. my next resort is to address the owner and district managers as well as the better business bureau. while attaning necessary contact information through the bbb, i learned that there were 20 complaints against the dealer, many to which were resolved. but once the bbb is involved, in my opinion, it has gone too far.Pine Belt Cadillac First Class Dealer
by glorysmkt on 09/13/2012updated 08/05/2025This is my second purchase from Pine Belt Cadillac. I love my new 2013 CTS Premium. There is no need to look any further for customer satisfaction. Thomas took care of every need and made sure I knew the ins and outs of my CTS. He took… careful consideration as I am coming out of a 2003 Eldorado. I recommend Pine Belt Cadillac for anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Cadillac, and desires to be treated with class and respect. Thanks Pine Belt! You truly are a class act.Pine Belt Cadillac kept their promise
